Yo Joe, I bought your CD pre sale bundle and did not get a pre sale code to buy my tickets for the show in Oakland? I tried to contact your web master to no avail. DeMar - The correct password should be the one you received when you preordered the CD through the link on the front page of satriani.com.
I've also tried JOE, GUITAR, BLACKSWANS, WORMHOLE, and WIZARDS and none of them work.
The LA show also had a venue presale today...I tried to get tickets with a normal password (like the ones above) but that didn't work either.

Went thru the motions of obtaining a ticket my pin-code was invalid tooo.
(Thank goodness PORTLAND 's password was clearly posted,
so I did not have probs.)
Hope this gets sorted out soon peeps.........

Peace- I had to pass on the Portland trip because it was gonna be too extravagant for me... I ended up making arrangements for Spokane almost $250 cheaper than I could have for Portland, and Portland is frickin' closer!? I know I said I'd be a definite for a Portland gig, but when we're talking about those kinds of savings and what little bit of money I am able to bring in I kinda have to save pennies! Although if he were playing over there next week it would be a different story; we've had to move our planned trip up a few months due to some illness in the family.
A couple folks here have said that the Roseland isn't the nicest place in Portland, but the pics I saw of it looked ok, and besides; it will be JOE! He is more than welcome to come play in my back yard; the acoustics suck and there's no room for anything, but I would have a hell of a great time!
Austin- Glad to hear everything moved in to place for you with the Oakland presale. I'm looking forward to Tracie's reaction! I'm also keeping my eye on the Reno event page- still no change from tomorrow, so I think we are in the clear.

It realy does hey man I actauly get my tylenol2 with codeine for Shanon hey for after we have sex man and for my wife lisa yo man lisa can handle it pretty good hey for real sometimes a 30incher right so i put them in the place where they go for their sex pain guy fouck they are not just regular tylenol2 with codeine either i order them to pahrmacy desk from the colombian drug cartel man they have pure cocie in them man yo man I always put them their for her lisa know im Shanon and shanon know my wife,slisa anyways I know shanon can handle the painkillers but dont know how high lisa would be their their in the place I havent been realy taken them there for shanon realy and lisa man hey they know eher they are I dont even bother with getting them the regual stuff like extra strength shit it wont doesnt kill the pain for her i think lisa took about 10 shanon maybe her 8 of them like with them plus the one or two they take with water here anyways later wolf2.

Austin is amazing and a total star....after the passwords didn't work for like...ferever (okay, probably like 45 minutes) they finally did. I was expecting another text of "still not working" or "they have lousy seats, do you want them?"....
But instead got a phone call that asked if I would mind front row seats basically in front of Joe!!! I said nah, thanks anyway.........
LOL!!! Dunno how he did it but that's what he scored!! WOOT!!
See ya in Oakland Joe, we'll be waving in front of ya, lol!! Now, on to the Reno sale 2mo.....

I bought the new CD 2 days ago, but the presale code wasn't on the e-mail reciept like the website says. Tickets for the show I want to attend go on presale tommorrow morning. Has this happenend to anyone else? How do I get the code?

Tracie- Congrats on those awesome tickets!! Lets keep our fingers crossed that we can do the same for Reno tomorrow...
I scheduled a dr.'s appt. in the morning at 8:40, but I should definitely be able to be back by 11. Just in case I'm not, I've made arrangements to stop by a friends house in town and use her internet so that I don't miss the presale. As a plan B, I've arranged to be able to use the internet at my old work place next to the hospital in case my appointment takes a REALLY long time. Plan C, I'll have the ticketmaster phone number and my presale code with my and buy them over the phone. Any way you look at it, I'm buying those tickets when they go on sale, even if I have to stop the appointment and make the doctor wait!
