Clearly my signed CD from Sony is being sent by canoe. The email notice said it was shipped 29 September and its now 20 October. The shipping cost I had to pay was USD $16 imagine what the cost would be to fly it here in a reasonable time.
Its our turn for a tour Joe!!

Some mailman has snagged your BSAWW Skip doesn't take this long and u got ur shipping confirmation the day after me saying it shipped, I even have my BestBuy copy from eBay and that i only ordered 2 or so weeks ago so not sure whats happened.

The main melody in "Wind in theTrees". Are you using a Harmomizer or are you just doing the flutter technique with the wah?

Dream3 - yeah just my luck something has gone wrong. I've emailed them via the webform at the Satriani Store site let's hope a human actually reads it and answers. Funny how they charged my credit card in a flash when I ordered back in August.....

I'm finally reading the interview Joe did with Ultimate Guitar that was posted here about two weeks ago. I noticed in the section where he talks about the gear used during the recording of BSAWW that he mentions the his Experience Hendrix Ibanez:
I did one song on another prototype that hasn’t got a model number as yet as we’re still working on it. It is something I’ve been working on for years with Ibanez, it is a three DiMarzio single coil guitar. I toured with it on the Experience Hendrix tour back in March and really fell in love with it.
It would be really cool if that became a production model. I really love the sound of that guitar on Heartbeats, not to mention is is my favorite looking of the JS line.

Pip- Ohhhh!! Thanks for the info. If that's been in print somewhere, I haven't read it yet. I've been thinking about saving up for a JS2400, but I just assumed that the Hendrix guitar was something Joe had made from the custom shop for the EH tour. May have to change the plan now!

I am already getting excited about this new guitar! JS1300EH would be an appropriate model number I think?
(3)- for the number of single coil (1) p/u's, and EH because we all know it as the Experience Hendrix guitar... At least I do anyway.
Just thought I'd share that random thought that kept me from going to bed a little earlier...
