I understand Peace Lily, no hard feelings...
I have been off this site for about 3 years and even when I was frequent on this site, I only had about 300 post. I think I was breaking 400.
I usually pop up around U.S.A. tour time, say my piece and fade away 'til next time lol
So you are doing far more than me to keep T2J alive...

on the other side...BB theater sucked....i was harrassed multiple times...dragged from my first row seat with threats and physical pulling because i had a hd camera.......though everyone in the whole place is filming but im first seat first row...easy to access.....anyway i will never see another show there....dont play there joe...they diss your fans...there were many incidents the whole show...a friend of mine was thrown out before the encore. i think security was lying but he said he spoke to your people and that i could keep my video but if i did again i would be thrown out.....ah, the beautiful life of being a fan...whew....... heres the last song that i was willing to risk the threats.

dakawan, ohhh, that guy was off the chain with his friggin bounce-a-thon! I didn't know if it was beer runs, bathroom runs, or just the runs. lol! So glad he was to my left and not blocking my view every time. I enjoy seeing people rock out...except when they block my view or are to distracting. lol! Then it's all about sit the F down! lol! It was a great show, and everyone in my area was very cool. I think that guy was the only dbag in the area actually. lol!

I am so looking forward to the Uptown Theater show in Kansas City this coming Monday. Can't wait to hear Wind in the Trees (fingers crossed). I love that new album! I think it hints at earlier days, lays down some way cool new material too and sets me free thinking about what's in store for the future. All that aside, I'd be content with any piece you wanna play...just want to be there. It's my wife's gift to me for my birthday and Christmas and I can't think of a better way to spend it. See you there!

Hey Joe, I just wanted to say thanks for the music. Your song "Not of this Earth" was what got my dad into playing guitar and he's 27 years strong thanks to you. And your song "Belly Dancer" has been a large inspiration in my guitar playing as well, I've only been playing for one year, but your music has been what I aim for. When I have Kids I hope they use your music to support them as well. You Saved my Life, Friends, Always With Me Always With You, The Crush of Love, and so many songs like those have been emotionally empowering to me, so Thanks. And ROCK ON.
P.S. You should load some more lessons on Youtube Lol.

Dear Joe,
I told you this a few years ago and iŽm gonna say it again.
I appreciate all your last albums cause they are good. But in my modest opinion your two last "high quality" albums were cristal planet and Engines of creation...
You are my favourite artist so i want to give you two advices as a fan:
1) Take more time to release a new album, i wouldnŽt mind to wait three or four years if the result is another Cristal Planet album style... I mean that if you take the best two or three songs of your last three or four albums you would have one of your best albums during your career ,,, so please, take a break, enjoy chickenfoot now and release a new album in three or four years making a the best selection possible...
2) You must use more experimentation... engines of creation was something different from your other albums. Cristal Planet was different too than your previous albums. Joe Satriani was an amazing "blues and jazz" orientes album...
IŽd like you to release a new sty7le album... options? Acoustic album with all your career hits recorded in accoustic. Another option? Keep the line of Engines of creation and give a new step in that direction. Third option: re-record all your hits with a new modern and experimental arrenements and sound...
Dear Joe, youŽve always known how to re-invent yourself... you should do it again... your last albums are good and i appreciate them but all of them follow the same line and style..l.
Big hug for you and all the fans !
I love you all !
Peace.
Carlos.

Sorry, i forgot it... final option: a industrial-rock oriented album... an example of the sound i want is in the GHOST song... that part you play reminds me Buckethead sound... IŽd like to hear that short of crazy riffs with that industrial sound which are so popular in these days...
You can contract me as music advicer !!!! hahahaha LOL

Take care Satch !
