Friday night, Cleveland, Ohio House of Blues 12/17/2010. That night will forever be etched into my mind. It was a religious experience to behold the sound of such great music played live and to experience the sight of magic from such great musicianship. I stood in awe for the evening and basked in the electric vibe hoping it would never end. Joe, your music is truly inspirational ! Thank you for all you do. on an ending note, My wife and I were married 4/3/99 and we marched down the isle and came together as husband and wife to "IntoThe Light". Again, endless thanks to what you do and create. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and God Bless.

Hi Joe. This message it more to the guitar teacher side of your talent. I'm a 60 year old rocker who walked away from the guitar for twenty eight years. I know it was a bad decision but when we are young we make some of those. I picked the guitar up again a couple of years ago and things came back pretty quick for the most part however lately i'm sort of stuck in a rut and am getting frustrated. My hope was that you may have some suggestions to help me move up to the next level. My ear is still pretty good but i seem to be having trouble figuring out some of the blues chords and my fingers don't alway's want to cooperate with what my head is telling them to do especially in the descending direction. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated i don't want this to stop being fun that's what made me quit thirty years ago. Thanks and keep up the great guitar work.

Wireguy....while im not Joe, I just wanted to say "i hear ya". I feel like giving up alot myself. I don't play as much as I used to due to "Frustration" and rut. ....Just wanted to say I know EXACTLY how you feel. Just gotta hang in there and keep on .....I wont give up completely, but frustration sure can take it's toll at times, i hear ya ..

fatape - LMAO!

Well the Boxing Day test is on the telly, slowly cleaning up from the festivities yesterday, which ended with me, my 2 sisters-in-law and a bestie all watching Love Actually at midnight, shouting at the TV "don't answer your phone you silly twit!!!" to the girl who brings Karl back to her place haha!

I have some new Rolling Stones and Hendrix to listen to, and a couple of guitar books to read on the way down to the beach later.

Life doesn't get much better.

Hey Joe, guess you're right in the middle of Xmas Day now, would be great to see some blue when you've had a rest and a chance to relax. Hope Santa filled your stockings!

I have 3 lovely framed Bill Graham Satch gig posters that Mr Skippy gave me, they're going in my music room here
