ibanezguitars- Thanks for sharing your vid clip and concert pics. I loved your post about the meet & greet.... & how you described Joe.

Michelle & Cheese- Thanks for the kind words.....last week was very emotional...but they were "good" funerals in that they had lived very long full lives & were deeply beloved by many. Still hard to say goodbye...

RhythmSteady- Hope ya feel better today... :-)

Peace -sorry you had a sad week, hang in there..

Joan - marvellous pics - Joe looks cute in the bubble jacket and it's interesting that he wore a fairly tame T Shirt for the show. I wonder if he hadn't done his laundry....LOL.

First off thank you for never disappointing. Your newest CD is amazing. I am still trying to figure out how to get the bonus tracks since I really do not like to use places like Napster.

My favorite one is "The Golden Room". Among many other things I do is "Divine or Belly Dancing" and this track simply hit a core in me on so many levels.

I wish I could use it as a background song for one of my clips with all credits to you of course and the link to your newest CD, but I know that is against copyright. So wouldn't do it without permission.

The one thing that always shows besides your mastery of the music you play is how much emotion you put into it. It is not only a pleasure but inspiring. I know you get a lot of messages and this is just another in a million. So let me end it with wishing you an amazing week and happy holidays to you and yours!

Gilmour’s guitar tech Phil Taylor concurs: "It really is just his fingers, his vibrato, his choice of notes and how he sets his effects. I find it extraordinary when people think they can copy his sound by duplicating his gear."

A good point Flash, but mebbe some of them can try to do something like what Mannfred Mann and his Earthly band did to Springsteen's 'Blinded by the Light'. MMEB version

Edit, I reckon Dave Flett never got enough recognition for what he contributed to that track.

Hi Joe, Just purchased your new CD. Fantastic! seriously got my son into your music. I talk about the concerts I went to in Adelaide South Australia as JS and G3. Like myself he is asking when is JS coming back to australia? any plans for 2011? Hopeful after your tour (which I read finishes tonight/today) a little break for Xmas and then out to Australia during the lovely summer months? Sounds good?! We all had a blast last time you were out and hioping we can do it again soon.

I *think* I just got a free ticket to Monday's taping through TVtix. I have an email confirmation and everything, but if you go to the Tonight Show page through NBC and try to request tickets they do it a different way. So I guess we'll see what happens on Monday.
