the show in orlando at the house of blues was just brilliant and outstanding. of course being 8 feet in front of joe really makes it. great set. what a powerful sound the marshalls make. all in the band were flipping brilliant too. mike on keyboards is a fantastic addition. alan is superb and i really don't need to comment on jeff and galen now do i? the meet n greet was way behind schedule for some reason but all was grand any way. i have a brand new joe drawing on my js now. just a few hours more till i see him again in clearwater. the only drag about this whole thing was i was forced off the road by a careless driver in a large suv and hit a large pothole/crater in the emergency lane and destroyed my right front rim and suspension. almost tore it off completely. that loser kept on driving. not sure if they ever saw me. i will see just how "like a good neighbor" my insurance company is. prolly $1000 to $1500 in repair costs.

Great new album, Joe! I was wondering if you're planning on bringing the tour to Boise, Idaho anytime soon. My son has never seen you in concert, since he was too young the last time you were here. He would really, REALLY like to see you perform! What am I saying...my whole family would LOVE to come and see you! Please, please, PLEASE come to Boise!!!!!!

Distorted Soul: Rick, I am still a little dumbfounded from getting the guitar back. One of my best friends, who has been playing guitar (even 7-string), and bass (4 & 5 string), for 13 years and counting, recommends I keep/play it and NOT sell or give it away. I thought about starting to play, but I'm also thinking of getting back into singing. I showed him the JS and he wanted to play it right away. As for the run in Huntington, it's an ultra-marathon, or to be specific, a 50K (roughly around 33 miles). It would be cool if Joe did stop by on the 18th here, and get an experience/taste of what he sees me do. It's gonna be cold so I've been trying to put some time in to go out and run in this weather.

Skippygirl: Hope you're doing well and glad you enjoyed the concert. I-)

Jon/Webmaster: I also was wondering to if you're on Facebook, could you & Joe also approve my friend request like what Phil (Pip55) said? It would be neat if you did.

Chat with you all later, gotta start getting ready for work tonight at the hotel. Christmas parties are happening again.

So I was thinking....

Wouldn't it be a great Christmas gift if each of us make a donation to one of the charities Joe's mother Katherine was so fond of. I think it would be a great way to remember and pay tribute to Mrs. Satriani on the first anniversary of her passing.

Memorial gifts can be made to both of the websites the Satriani family listed. The Inn and The Southern Poverty Law Center.

A donation to any charity of your choice in Mrs. Satriani's honor for Christmas would be amazing. It's a great way to once again surround the Satriani family with our love and light, and give back in this season of giving.

Share the love :-)

Iceman, here's the aftermath of Axl's extreme assholism. Part 1 is the fans tearing up the place, and the band standing under the stage with their thumbs up their arses not knowing what to do. Part 2 - this vid - is the aftermath. As for the Leper Messiah vid - that was great! I watched a vid from 2009, and stopped it about 1 minute in and went back to the early days. Early Metallica is the best! Ever since St Anger....well, there's always the old stuff. lol!

Peace Lily, wouldn't it be great to be able to just go off and hand somebody in need a nice chunk of change like that! Cool story!

30-year fan, Joe. SEE YOU AT "HOUSE OF BLUES" BOSTON 12/09/10 (2nd Level Mezzinine)!!! WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A PIX WITH YOU! It would be a dream come true for your absolute #1 FAN. I have "Always With Me...." on my cell for (3) years now...

On unemployment since 2/09...can't afford the "Meet & Greet." Saw you at "Hard Rock/Vegas" in late 1998. It was the BEST concert I've ever been to, and I've been to MANY over the years.

God Bless You, Joe, for your music. Love you to the ends of the universe and back. WIZARDS is one of your very best....EVER. Congrats!

Just same home from Joe's show in Clearwater. He was absolutely AMAZING!!!

My 12yr old son was the one who learned about the concert and he just had to go. He has autism so I was concerned about the loud noise but he still loved it. Of course, after I explained that he did not have permanent hearing loss. This was the first time I have ever seen him clap for any type of performance. Still not what other people would consider excited but for him this was "awesome" as he put it. He is already planning on going to see Joe the next time he is in Clearwater.

Joe, it is hard to find things that touch my son. Even though he looks normal, there is a distance that I see between him and other people. Learning the guitar has been a blessing for him and he idolizes you, Steve Vai and his guitar teacher.Seeing him enjoy this concert was worth a million bucks. I hope that you continue to visit Clearwater.

Thanks for the AWESOME show!!!!!
