Last nigts LA show was killer!!! Joe you were just on Fire last night!!! My very first Satch show and from the 2nd row to see those magic fingers that close up fly across that fret board the most amazing 2 hours i have ever experienced in a live show ever!!!!. Because your such a phenomenally gifted and beautiful guitarist, words do not convey the feeling!!
Beautiful!!
The end of the show was fantastic in that finally the crowd stood up on their feet with "Big Bad Moon" and this time the tight ass security guards didn't say shit. Pardon the language, but the only thing that was a downer last night was the rigidness of audience ettiquete. I guess I failed, and the girl in front of me to the side in the 1st row. Sorry, but I coud of swore we were at a "Rock" concert. I was very ticked off to say the least. And this man had the nerve, the same man that was sitting in MY seat when I got there, taps me on the shoulder to tell me to sit down "i cant see" when Joe took the stage. I ignored him and stayed on my feet excited to see Joe. Then here comes Mr. Security guard to follow up. Wtf?
And to the girl in front as well...seriously pissed me off. We werent there to see a freakin symphony!!! Is THAT how ALL Joe's shows are??
wow....
Anyways- besides that I had a fantastic time and AUSTIN so sorry I didnt see your email in time :( Would of been so nice.
next time for sure :)
Im so excited. Joe told me that my fav The Golden Room wil be on the dvd coming out at least :-) I told him that I hope he's able to add it into the set list in the future and he goes "oh one of these days!" like he felt some frustration over it or something lol....
During the Q&A, he said some songs he just cant play live, meant to be only heard through your stereo at home :)
I wonder then, how it will be included in the dvd if he hasnt played it live?
A video maybe? or maybe they tried it once already live, during a filming, and he was dissatisfied with it... Interesting...
If I can figure out how to post my pix here, i will post them
:)
The encore was simply amazing! All the guys in the band put down there instruments and clapped and cheered and got us all pumped up even further while Joe wailed away!
I hope someone filmed that :) that was just awesome
What a show!!
Absolutely cannot wait to see Joe again with the Foot!!!
love you Joe!!!!!
:)

lol.. I guess that didnt really come out how i though. LOL.... I just think that if I had more peeps I could go do more stuff. It wouldnt be anything fun to take a road trip by yourself not only that but as a young girl ALONE, it would be scary to stay in a different place your not familiar with in a big city.

Can't talk about campos style and taste enough. He really impressed. Very studio cool and jammin live with the "new" guys perfectly. The Rhodes sound and a pick on the bass...wow! I play Sonor and I have to say those DW's match perfectly with the Marshalls...nice gear Satch Band. I wish Camporelli spaghetti was lettin loose in the Foot band.
Here's to big BASS drums!

I saw you at the Bing Crosby in Spokane, WA. I've waited six years to see you live and I must say it was worth the wait. I'll be talking about what a great time I've had for a long time!

Mood at work today is very somber and quiet. One of our co-workers passed away unexpectedly on Sunday. She was 61 and took care of her 92 year old frail father, step-mom, and disabled sister along with multiple kitties, all while maintaining a job here. She had a wicked sense of humor and a heart of gold. RIP Donnis, you are so missed.
Lots of tears today. No need for anyone to reply to this, just wanted to put this out to the cosmos, that she is remembered, and loved, and mourned.

...Hey Is logic? coming over me? .It`s like this hey Joe my ski-doo cost me a trail permit ,insurance licence on it whic is around 1200.00 a year now maitenace varies with me doing it myself it can be betwen 1,400 -1,600 a years dollar wise sliders and braks are just I just say their fee couple hundred for that! Fuel can be as high as wellthis year for me 17,045 dollars then you need oil at pump and things oil can run around 4-6000 dollars .Plus the 5 years driverlicence fee .Now I do my own income tax man so just got my tax package in the mail today income tax return gst cheques and ostc cheques over the year are aroun 1200 I will get back total.plus the just the form for the formula the 1200.00 save do you see wha I mean if i give my mom 250 every month just my tax return can pay that plus i will have all the form from the formula save so it,s a free year wont have to work or go to any buissness for money for fuel repais or gas and oil on top of it all!it,s around 600 ayear just for my insurance 250 trail permit 200 licence sticker then my drivers licence 200 so about 1200 before anything else saved.I mean Im far better off to shoot someone 50 60 buskcs for alittle ride in a truck then ride the formula. The reason it,w wering me down hey im tired the rideing catchs up with you the ATK is a different story they cost bewteen 300,000 and 450,000 dollars ayear to run so i might not be running that for a while either I`m shook man just penetrated from power of rotax 2 stroke engines need to recover whic could take years anyways thats all money saveing, less work, and rest before I wear myself into the ground wolf2.
