Kayla
Reading you makes me remind of my own experience with the 2 M&G I had the pleasure to attend.
I won't talk about the wonderful guy Joe is. It's evident to all of us who have met him. But I can also confirm the words of Kayla about Mick Bridgen. I had also the chance and honour to talk to him twice, very shortly, but enough to confirm that he is a very cool person, and very nice conversator. He made me feel special twice, and I guess it must be extremely difficult when he talks to dozens of fans every day

Kayla- So glad you had a wonderful time...I wonder how long your "JOE GLOW" will last ya.

js1200js1000- How thoughtful of you to do that! I have found that SATCH FANS are prone to extreme acts of kindness. I am still overwhelmed by the kindness of Mahavishnu (Brian) & Made Of Tears (Debbie) when they presented me with the picture Brian had signed by JOE @ NAPA. Blew me away ...so very thoughtful.

You surely made their day too.....Kudos!!!

Speaking of Brian & Debbie...hope I have the luck to see you both in Portland but if not HAVE AN AWESOME TIME!!!!!!! :-)

Exactly 6 Days to go for Joe's LA show at the Orpheum! I ain't holding my breath that he will play "The Golden Room" for me (heee)...... and God only knows why on earth he will not include the best song on his new disc...Just do not and will never understand how that song can go ignored....It is very sad indeed.... :(

Still.. I cannot wait for my very 1st Satriani "solo" show from the 2nd row no less and Club Joe access 8-)

whooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Ihatedoingscales - great story thanks for posting that, I love reading those sort of reports. Glad your daughter got to meet Joe. I considered making the trip to see Joe but when I looked up the sort of weather in January you US peeps get in the north west I had to defer until his next tour.

Its our turn for a tour Joe!!

Awesome Spokane show Joe!

Thanks for coming. We here in Spokompton really appreciate you visiting our fair City. Great setlist, too.

And, thanks for playing Littleworth Lane. That and Andalusia were definite highlights.

Joe - Amazing show Saturday in Snoqualmie - 4th time I have seen you and you just get better and better. As America ages, it is clear that you had more energy than about 1/2 the crowd combined.

Keep it up - Will see you next time you're in Seattle.

Thanks Joe -

Chad- That is so cool you did that! I would have done the same! My brother had no way to get to the show so I got him a ticket! It made me really happy to hear his response of that, oh and, im 20! :),

Al--Welcome to San Fran! And Steve and I will be at the venue like you said a few hours before the show. We like to walk around the block and see what restaurants are near the venue so we can get a bite to eat before the concert. Don't want our stomachs to growl over Joe's beautiful music! It's always amazing the way you travel around the world! :-)

Tracie--Hello to you and Chris. I hope we see you at the venue on Wednesday and can at least say hi and find out about your travels. You are amazing.....it seems you travel all over the West and manage to refresh yourself on the way. Wish I could say the same about Steve and me. We lead very high maintenance lives. Wednesday should be fun meeting other Joe fans.

Spokane was AWESOME!! Best I have seen Joe yet.. I was disappointed to not hear Revelation and Pyrric Victoria, but aside from a couple little audio problems, Joe was on fire!

I'll go through my pics tomorrow; also recorded Why, but I was too busy watching Joe and the recording suffered, so I will just rip the audio from it and post it here... It's nothing fancy.

Looking forward to Reno on Friday!!

Also, here's the set list from last night if anyone is interested.

See some of you in Reno!

Ian

Watching "The Other Guys". Quote of the movie - as the guys drive in Will Ferrell's character's red Prius, Mark Wahlberg's character says "I feel like I'm driving around in a giant vagina!"

Funniest line in the movie!

I keep forgeting to say how much I enjoyed seeing Mike Keneally on the keyboards. I got to see him back in 1996 on the G3(with Eric Johnson) tour when he was Steve Vai's keyboard and sitar player and he wore a crazy ass jester hat. He is a realllly great musician in his own right. I also emailed the webmaster@satriani.com with the pictures I have from the Denver show. Got some good meet and greet pics along with others(orange ibanez being stringed backstage). Also downloaded some great onstage pics from a review posted about the Denver show at paramountdenver.com.
