@Satriella- Joe Satriani wedding. Haha That's pretty awesome. Make sure you play Speed Of Light. That's about the only Satch song you can get up and dance too. lol

@michelle- Empty Space might remind you of Giant Balls Of Gold by Steve Vai. And Giant Balls of Gold reminds me of Hordes Of Locusts.

oxley, it might?

Kavorkian died of an unexpected blood clot. He didn't need help. The people he helped pass probably prayed for a death so simple.

Just watched 3/4 of Avatar. Great movie! Never saw it before. Gotta work tomorrow, so we have to wait to watch the rest tomorrow night.

I'll end the night with The Rise

Listening to chopin's raindrop prelude at the moment. What a song! Probably the only bit of classical music i truly like lol. Apart from Reich's Electric counterpoint (3rd movement)

I just watched the interview of Satch where he tells us how he played the American anthem, but the wrong way so no one heard it. I lol'd. Still, even the best can't fo everything perfectly, eh Satch?

Dear Joe.Ive been playing guitar for some years now since i went to the library and picked up your Flying in a blue dream album.Even now i would say the forgotten part two is my favourite piece of yours.its so emotional with just enough technique used to give it power.i think thats the key to a great piece!to have great technical ability yet use it in a subtle way when required!beethoven etc would have done the same!Do you think you may make a jazz/classical album one day?I think that would be really interesting and successful for you!anyway im going on a bit so just one last thing-i have many melodies i have created on piano which i think are good but i dont have the technical ability to enhance them like i would want to!i feel your arrangement and technical ability would make these simple melodies come alive so is there a way i could send them to you for your consideration?thankyou Terence Jones( England)

Roy san: Wow that was amazing! Never heard of those guys, they are brilliant, and their music gives tribute to the legend that is Yes and old Genesis!! The song construction and tempo changes / melody are pure bliss :-) Thanks for the intro bro, I still can't believe I never heard of these guys!
