Danny- Squier was actually my go-to guitar before I bought my JS-100. It's an OK starter guitar, which is what I bought it for; but I think they are making higher end models now to compete with Epiphone. I haven't tried any of their newer stuff out, but I'm sure it's just fine. Just like the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

I did end up having some trem issues with mine and tried to replace it myself and ended up drilling a hole slightly too big. Fortunately I was able to get the old trem back in, but, just as before, it won't stay in tune worth a darn. I suspect the cheap tuning machines are partly to blame in that too. This is why I jumped on the JS-100 for $300 when I saw it on Craigslist, added the Mo' Joe and PAF Joe and also added the high pass filter in the volume knob. So to me, it's basically a JS1200, ha! I'll never play a real one to know the difference and I prefer the transparent red color anyway.

Sorry I got off topic, I tend to do that.

Michelle - so so sorry to hear of your loss. Losing my Dad last year was the hardest thing yet, I still think about him almost constantly. His Mother's Maiden name was Lazarus... so this song has become intimately personal for me. You're in my thoughts.

"Golden silence just holding you." -PT

Thanks Phy. Just trying to figure out how to maneuver around Mother's Day this year. It's gonna kill me, I'm not gonna lie. Probably gonna pick that day to move my daughter home from college. Her graduation is the day before, so it's gonna be a very emotional weekend.

Cheese, Bohemian Rhapsody is such a classic. There will never be another band like Queen. I can't explain the song. Just go with it T. lol!

Anybody catch this from Jeff Beck's twitter? Vintage Jeff Beck Group footage for a rainy Monday Beat Club 1972.

edit - OHH, the 25 min. mark is really good!

Rainy here in Eastern PA - finally!! Just glad it's not snow like they called for in western PA & Buffalo NY. My tulips & newly planted grass wouldn't like that. lol!

Hello Joe, I would ask you to please try to make the Q&A session while in Brazil, specially in Sao Paulo. I got the chance to meet you last time you were here through the VIP package and that meeting changed my life!! Therefore, as it is hard for us Brazilians to see you around here please sell the VIP packaged as you did last time... :) Thanks, Fernando Gozzi.

Yeah, technically the release date isn't until tomorrow in the US. Although UPS still says mine is supposed to be delivered by the end of the day today. We'll see.

Been out of the loop, so can someone clear this up for me? This is the only option for the dvd besides blue-ray (2D/3D), right? I mean there's no signed/special deal/make me buy three times dvd out there, is there? Same with the cd - there's only one choice in that, right?

My usual guided missile thinking concerning all things Joe has been replaced by a couple of squirrels fighting over a stale cheese puff.

Bouncy Boucy Boing Boing Boing....

Watched the new Saturated DVD last night... it was like being at the concert all over again, brought back some memories...ithe DVD is done really well, not complicated with concetration on Joes fingers...reminded of Tuffnell saying that he slowed the video down and Joes fingers were still moving too fast...yes indeed they were...one word FANTASTIC!!!

Thank you Joe!
