Not quite... Joe sent a message to a select few saying we're on the invite list. but only 9 people were able to get in.

It would have been cool to hangout with joe.

but still out of 8000 people who added joe, only 37 were added back, to be one of those people is absolutely amazing!

37/8000 is less than 5% Schweet!

MattS, every great now & then, Joe pops in theT2J chat. That's always a lot of fun. I haven't been in there for ages, so I don't know if he's been in, but it's fun as hell when he is :-)

Just rereading a way back chat with Joe. It was just me, Tracie, & Vidhya for most of it, then Powerslave came in. Joe was saying he went as Joey Ramone for Halloween, & wore his leather jacket with chrome rings that he wore in the Summer Song video that he hadn't worn since '92. lol! He had Rob Zombie blasting through the house!

He was in the studio in Vancouver, BC recording Super Colossal at the time. My favorite line of the chat:

<joesatriani> Jeff C. says he wants beer, or, he's not playing another note!

Good times man, good times!

WOOT!WOOT!

Loves those old tunes!

Joe

I recently completed a Three Peaks Challenge for charity and have made a video of stills from the challenge using your track 'Friends' as a soundtrack. I'd like your approval and permission to use the music before I post it online.

NB No-one will gain fiscally from this video, nor will it be used in any commercial way whatsoever.

Thanks

Andy

My daughter wrote this when she was just 12 years old ~ after September 11, 2001.

Don't ever fool yourself into thinking children don't understand what's going on. They're much wiser than we think they are. Her class made a book of poems and sold them to give the proceeds to the victims of 9/11. I gave a copy to the local fire company, and I sent a copy of her poem to Joe.

It's gonna be a tough day for a lot of people tomorrow. So many are heartbroken and feel it like it was yesterday. Such harsh memories and feelings of despair. It's still so heavy.

Worst day ever IMO.

'nuff said.
