Stoned drivers safer than drunks?

That all depends...

.

.

edit - Those of us with kids might appreciate this - Don't mess with daddy! I don't agree with the way he "took away" her laptop, but I'm sure it got the point across and she'll think twice before she posts complaints again. Pretty hardcore.

Why the Grammy's still don't get it - and probably never will -

Without further adieu, here are the nominees in the Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance category:

'Public Enemy No. 1,' Megadeth 'On the Backs Of Angels,' Dream Theater 'White Limo,' Foo Fighters 'Curl of the Burl,' Mastodon 'Blood In My Eyes,' Sum 41Seriously?? I guess if you're 14 they might be pretty hardcore...

Love Foo vids!

wow . picked up the new Van Halen. Am pleasantly surprised. It actually smokes!!! A sober Ed makes a world of difference. lol Big surprise there, but his guitar playin is pretty damn tight. Forgotten how much I missed his sound. you get 13 tracks, 11 of which are strong, 2 are so-so. And yeah I know, it includes about 4 reworked unreleased 70's or 80's demos by my count(I'm sure Michael Anthony could shed light on that!) , but you know what they say: ' If you haven't seen the rerun its new to you'. haha

@Crystal Jammer- yeah, I was considering getting it after I watched Sami's review on the Rock It Out Blog. He said it was really good, but was so disappointed by Tattoo that he doesn't even consider it a track on the album.

At the ripe old age of 65, I have become a new fan of yours! I saw you on TV performing with Chickenfoot and although I admire the other 3 band members, all I could say was "WHO is that lead guitar player???" Our son filled me in and told me that you are the best guitar player on the face of the earth and I agree. Each night I go online to listen to you and I especially like "Love Thing", "The Crush of Love" and "Surfing with the Alien". My husband was in the hospital at the time I "discovered" you and I was extremely worried about him - I listened to "Cryin'" and tears just rolled down my face. You make your guitar literally sing and I have never heard anyone else do it as well. Please keep on with everything you do - I am a fan for life!!! Thank you for being you, Joe.

Over 300 views in one week, I'll take it! (that's a lot, unless you're Gaga, a cute puppy or the guy that wrote United Breaks Guitars). Still, no word from Joe though. He's a busy guy so watcha gonna do?

Again, thank you guys for helping me share this. I also saw some of you on Facebook sharing Joe's commencement speech at M.I. I wish they could release the whole speech in video for those who want to see it...

The Amazon.ca site says that Satchurated will be released on March 13???

EDIT- Just pre-ordered the DVD and CD with an estimated delivery date of March 14-16. Hopefully it isn't an error on someone's part and I can actually get it almost a month early.
