IT'S ESCAPIST; AND WHILE GETTING AWAY FROM REALITY EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE CAN DO A PERSON SOME GOOD, NEVER GROUNDING YOURSELF IN REALITY ITS GOOD EITHER.

THE EVEN MORE COMICAL ONES ARE THE GROWN ADULTS WHO BECOME LIKE CHILDREN; POKING AT A BEE-HIVE WITH A STICK, HOPING AND PRAYING THAT THEY WILL ILLICIT A REACTION, AND WEARING IT LIKE A BADGE OF COURAGE THAT THEY EAGERLY FOWARD TO THEIR LITTLE GROUPS OF COMMON INTERNET JUNKIES, SO IMPRESSED WITH THEMSELVES THAT THEY THINK THEY BROKE THROUGH SOME FICTICIOUS WALL OR ACTUALLY GOT SOMEONE'S ATTENTION.

TO ALL OF YOU PATHETIC, I CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH REAL PEOPLE, STILL LIVING AT HOME WITH YOUR PARENTS, CANT GET A RISE UNLESS YOU GET A RISE, PATHETIC, TROLL LIKE, EXCUSES FOR NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS OUT THERE; HONESTLY, STEP AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARD, GO OUTSIDE, GET A REAL JOB, FIND SOMEONE TO LOVE YOU (IF YOU CAN), AND WAKE THE FUCK UP. I'd say play some of the classics but also play something you have never (or rarely) played live. Like If I Could Fly, Lords of Karma, Asik Veysel. I would love to see another version of Searching.

There are hundreds of videos of Ice 9 and Satch Boogie but none of Souls of Distortion.

Just something to think about.

Have today off from work, and taking today off from running. Thought I put a post in to see how everyone is doing.

Work is coming along well, we'll be busy sometime next week with Valentine's Day Reservations, a big group coming in to stay at the hotel for about a week, plus the opening of our new bar.

Running is going well. Last Sunday was the Fort Wayne Track Club Banquet. I got to meet Shalane Flanagan, whom was our guest speaker, and will be competing for the U.S. at the 2012 Olympic Games, which she'll be running the women's marathon. I received a plaque for taking 1st place in my age group, and I also received the 2011 FWTC Spirit of Running Award, which was a huge surprise. I didn't expect getting that award.

I have decided to stay with the FWTC for another year and I have two races coming up this month; one next Saturday (first FWTC Points Race which is a 5K), and the other is on February 26th, two days after my 27th birthday, which I'm running, for the second time, the (4th) Annual Maple Leaf Indoor Marathon.
