Guitarman77897 - Just wait. Also in looking at your chain, what are you using the RP for? Not sure that is even needed really. And refresh my memory what amp are you using?

civgeek- I think he said he was using the RP as a second delay. He didn't mention any other effects he was using with it. I have one in my loop that has a million functions on it, but I only use it for the Whammy. I'd love to get rid of the tone sucker and get a real one, but they are just too expensive; plus I'd really prefer a WH-1 (original) Whammy pedal. Anyone have one they'd like to sell??

Ian

EDIT- Oh, I almost forgot. Here's the new JS amp pre-order in case anyone is interested. US $2200 and change (£1399).

turbo, I'm not seeking anything on guitar gears, just trying to learn something about guitars, I do know Most js guitars are very expensive , just kinda curious if it legally can be made through a custom guitar builders in local shop or through a friend you know, I think it is much cheaper to build something similar other major guitar model, by just get it customized through a local shop, plus I think it is cheaper and legal to build your own guitar without worrying about high cost the real js series model.

Looking forward to the Melbourne G3 shows, I hope the aftershow pass giveaway is an error, 1 week to go! I have also been checking each day to see if it has been selected. I have been nagging people to get themselves on the list. Maybe with the before show stuff Joe will be pretty wiped out each day.... Managed to get front row in the lounge at the Palais on the second night for $65 just yesterday...pretty happy about that.

I hope you have a great time in Australia Joe, next time make it a solo gig!

Hello Joe - this is the first time I;ve posted anything. For most of my life I've had very bad clinical depression culminating in a suicide attempt last September. I am slowly recovering but have found your music very inspiring - a friend gave me a G3 CD to listen to and I was instantly hooked. Listen most days to various songs and never tire of them. I'm hoping that at some time I'll get to a concert, but in the meantime a big thanks to you and the other guys in the band for making life a bit easier.

TurboIan, thanks fer dat! This thing can't be released soon enough! Oooooh, The Golden Room sounds different! I like it!

Gogz, go to Grooveshark.com if you can get it and listen to all the Joe you want! If you really wanna flip yer lid, listen to the self titled (Red) album! The site isn't perfect, but you can get to listen to more of Joe to see what you like. Spotify is another great site that has lots o' Joe!

Joe is good for whatever ails ya!

Hmmm it's a bit confusing that the NZ aftershow passes went ahead but the Aussie ones were removed. That indicates the Australian aspect may be the cause of the problem, maybe Michael Coppel didn't like aftershow passes when he was offering paid VIP packages. I would have thought all the VIP's were sold though, and an aftershow pass couldn't damage sales. Or maybe it's something else, such as Joe being overcommitted past reason, or needing to leave the venues earler. Anyhow, I'll enjoy a great couple of shows and I'll wave like buggery. Look for me in the videos, Joe's side, 10 rows back!

And here's AWMAWY from Wellington! Awesome

Hi joe, Ive just seen you in Wellington NZlast night. I thought your set and sound was excellent as usual but I was really disappointed with the sound from both Steve L and Steve V's set and your final set with all 3. I think it was due to the overall volume of the PA - It just sounded like a wall of noise at times with all instruments competing against each other. I should point out that I was not under the influence of alcohol and I do play guitar and mix music. Steve V's bass was too loud I think and his guitar was not coming through - difficult to pick up the melodies, except when he did for the love of god and quieter parts. Notwithstanding the above comment, really enjoyed your set and I think your new bass player has brought a different level of energy, which is great. Looking forward to getting satchurated when it comes out. Cheers, Mark

HA! My watery allergy eyes read "enjoying the peep shows". I thought Joe was doing a new thang! lol!

So who's playing bass for Joe? Allen or someone else. I know it was mentioned forever ago, but I'm lucky I can remember what I had for breakfast...and that's basically because I just finished eating it.

Happy March 25 everybody! I have no idea what significance this day holds, but I'm sure it means something to someone, so enjoy it!

Michelle- I especially enjoyed The Golden Room as well; it's a shame that one didn't make it out on tour. I did notice that there is a Japanese version of the soundtrack, and it is listed with 2 bonus tracks; I wonder if TSTES (hehe) and TGR are going to be on the Japanese CD, because I know ours doesn't include them. I wish the release date hadn't been pushed back, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that April 24th it will stay. I've even been shopping around for 3D tv's just to watch this thing, but I was glad to see the Blu-Ray is a 3 Disc version with a 2D cut included... Just wonder what's on that third disc?? Maybe the 3D takes up so much space that it require two discs.. I'm just rambling and speculating, excuse me.

I haven't heard anything about the band lineup other than MK is playing keys for Satch and Vai, so I would assume Joe has his BSAWW tour lineup. I guess that's the only downside to a solo band compared to a regular band, you sometimes never know who is gonna be backing up your main guy until you go and see them. Not that I care, really, I mean Wile E. Coyote could play bass for Joe and I'm sure Joe would still pull of a helluva show!

Gives a new meaning to Satch Boogie I reckon....

Hi Joe!

Can't wait to see you at the "Marshall Live and Loud" show in September...got seats pretty much right in front of you, (if you are playing in your usual place on the stage) at the front, so will give you lots of waves...this will be just like Seville 92, well kind of LOL

Still would like to see a G3 at some point, but alas for me it wont be yet...but great for Australia ...

have fun all of you who will be going to one of those gigs!

Mind you...with Joe and Paul Gilbert and Zakk Wylde, playing as well as many others its almost like a G3 and more, except no Steve, and I guess you cant have a G3 without Steve!

All in all this will be FANTASTIC I am sure!!!

Boingy Boingy Bounce Bounce...are we nearly there yet?

Pip - Thought you had disappeared off the face of the earth...but here you are LOL Hiya matey :-)

Muchly Hugs to all of you

Satriella xx

Skippy- I'm going to let myself think that Joe read my suggestion about playing Secret Prayer and enjoy the moment. Ahhh it feels good. I would LOOOOOOOOOOOVE to see that song live!

You know, concerning Joe's new amp, I have seen NOTHING on Facebook from any of the major music news outlets about the release of the JVM410JS. You'd think Musicradar would have posted a link to an article at the least. I'll have to go check out their website. Musikmesse is over, is it not?

In other news, if these haven't already been posted, here are a couple vids from the tour:

Ah, I had like 5 linked and realized most of them are from the same person; Basitha Gajasinghe. He or she has quite a collection from the Auckland show, pretty good quality as well.

Enjoy

Ian

Edit-Here is Secret Prayer in case that was all you're looking for, like me!!
