Peace, Cheesey and Turbo - have a great time at the Portland show, just watched some vids from Atlantic City and they were fantastic. Who's excited huh?

Freddy, I agree with the bubble-wrap recommendation! Glad you are still going to the show, I'm sure just being in the audience will lift spirits no end.

Hmm, funny the name Bee Gees, and the last one left is the B - Barry. It wasn't the Ree Gees or Mee Gees, it was the Bee Gees. Weird. Must really suck being only in your 60's and having all 3 of your younger siblings gone before you.

Sorry, my brain isn't working right. I can't seem to get the beginning riff of Jive Talkin' out of my head. LOL! You know you wanna hear it!

lol! I might even have to add that to my spotify favs. lol!

OY!

edit -

Just took notice this is post 7900!

In case you missed it - Mick Jagger & Jeff Beck - Tea Party

Hi Guys, I am doing a gig at the Coventry Ricoh Arena on Sunday 14th October 2012 for the Charity CHILDLINE. This charity gives Kids a confidential Way to talk to someone without any pressure about anything that may be worrying them. Issues Like ABUSE or Bullying are common concerns, but any other issues can also be discussed and hopefully be resolved. The gig is also a bid to break 4 Guiness World records for guitar playing. For more info Log on to Planet Rock .com If you would like to make a donation ( and I hope you do) plaes use the following link and thanks to all http://www.justgiving.com/Peter-Wojtasik

Hi Joe! My name is Jody Clark. I am 27 and i have been listening to you since i was a kid and played my parents Time Machine tapes, over and over again! I love Echo and Memories, especially the live versions, they are so powerfull. That "jungle music" intro on Circles is amazing, how did you make those sounds? Also my other fav is the feedback intro on Flying off the live album, it is the most beautiful thing ive ever heard OMG. When that last note rises right before the drums start and you whammy away, its perfect, i love it.

Anyways, pleeeeease come back to Minneapolis, Minnesota soon for a solo show with your band, or G3, Chickenfoot, anything! I missed the May 11th show and your solo 2008 show, so i would really like to see a solo show in Mpls soon.

JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEE!!!

Hey Joe! I am so excited…I just surprised my husband with third row seats to your Chickenfoot concert in Seattle June 6th! It is his 52nd birthday and he is celebrating 25 years of service with the Seattle Fire Department. The only thing that could possibly make the night more amazing would be to meet you! Any chance you will have time? It would truly make it a night he will never forget!

Joe, I have no idea if you read these or not but I must tell you I have listened to your music for two decades and I have always been mesmerized by your music ability. I am now 54 years old and just now learning to play the guitar. I have lost some very key people in my life and have been blessed to have them in my life. They left me some small change so I invested in guitars(my favorite is my( JS1200) and online/DVD's to learn to play. It is my goal to learn to play close to what you play before I turn my toes up. Been playing for about three months and need to know if it will be possible to master this guitar thing before this happens. I feel I'm progressing slowly but just wanted you to know that it is because of you and your music that inspires me. I hope so much that one day I can see you live and nothing short of a divine appointment get to shack your hand, That being said, thank you for your inspiration. Keep on keeping on my friend. Would absolutely love to be a student of yours. I may be old but music lives with in me. Thanks to Jimi, Stevie, Eric J. and you of course, my guitar Idol....YOU, God Bless sir!!
