Hi all. Any news on joe's upcoming album. I know it might be a bit hasty to start discussing this but I'm super excited (as always).

if anyone talks to / interviews Joe: any more Vox pedals ever gonna come? Chorus, compressor, octaver, whatever. The line seems to have found a dead end? Satchurator is still my favorite distortion.

Going to see both Rush and Satch in 1 week next summer!

Hello I am an Italian guitarist Joe! My name is Francis! I have a question for you! I noticed that the guitar has been lowered by one semitone! Why did you decide to tune in E flat? Sorry for my English! Good luck to all "

fraxero...nice to meet you! Joe's response to me on question while I was out in L.A. was that a lot of the chickenfoot material tends to be a semi-tone down. I recently did a semi-tone down setup on my new JS20s and I have to say it just feels good with 10's....

Hi Joe, Huge fan and I have a question on some equipment I purchased about two years ago. I purchased a JSX head and cabinet that they claimed was owned by you. They claimed that you were at a show and sold the equipment to them afterwards. The head and cabinet both have a stamped sheet metal type rubber coating and the head has two light bars in stead of one. I have your concert from the Bohemian Grove and the equipment looks just like what you were using on stage. I can't make it sing like you do, but I am having a great time with it and enjoying the music I make. For my own peace of mind I just want to ask is there someway I can verify that these are something you once owned? I don't plan on selling them and they will stay with me until I am no longer around to enjoy them. Thanks for all the great music and we can wait for you to do more shows in the Bay area. Bob

Hi guys and Joe, haven't been around here much of late, but thought it time to stick my head in once again. Well after G3 in my home town of Newcastle, yes I did say it before and I will say it again, FRONT ROW, CENTRE STAGE, I'm off to Sydney next for the Satch Master class next year. How many others are attending one of these? For those that have attended one in the past, what can I expect to see on the night. I must say I love the times they have announced, 7:30pm till late. Lol. I'm also liking the sound of the giveaways, everything from instruments to strings. 'No one goes home empty handed' hmmm, A black dog would be nice thanks Joe.... I get to send in a question for joe to answer, any requests? I did see a post about what happened to the production of VOX pedals? I like that, as I have all that has been released and would like to see more. SKIPPYGIRL, I'm so sorry I haven't sent you that CD of pics from the G3 concert yet. A couple of reason. 1, I love my new girl to death and struggle to remember to do anything when I see her. 2. I have just moved in with the said new girl and my computer still hasn't been unpacked. 3. I'm lazy. In saying that, I hope you go with excuse number one. Lol

Aussiefudd - hehe is OK matey, you seem to be head over heels and very happy, I'm very happy for you. I did see Joe with G3 from row 10 here in Melbourne, I'm still buzzing from that it was a lovely night. I did see him at Byron Bay too - that was a ripper Bluesfest, and I got front row for that. Dave Weiner waved at me (such a lovely guy, exchanges tweets etc) and Joe was right in front of me - it was fantastic. And I am going to the Melbourne master class - certainly will be in the minority being female and I can only play a few open chords LMAO! but I will love just seeing Joe again. They are giving away a JS2400 in some jam with Joe competition, how amazing would that be? I hope you give it a crack Mal cos for starters, you can play! What about fatape is he going?

Man, I've had a busy week...every day I kept saying I wanted to come back and post here, but little things would keep coming up. How's everyone doing?

And Skippygirl, I can't believe it's already been a year since you and the family were out here...time sure does fly. It was great to meet up with you.

So are some of the better concerts people here have been to lately? I'm seeing Rush on Saturday and then again on Monday.

There's something fun to talk about...what does everyone hope will be included in the box set? This is all assuming it's more like Time Machine than The Essential Joe Satriani, of course...

It'd be great if this is the outlet for all of the old material for The Squares...I can't wait to hear that stuff in better quality.

And I highly doubt it would happen, but I'd love for a Satch-era Deep Purple song to be included somehow...that version of the band is the only one that doesn't have any official releases.

What's on the wish list for everyone else? Do any G3 jams or specific versions of live songs stand out?

...Austin...
