Damn Austin, yer good! lol! The adventures of our bat, Henry! What we didn't realize is that he lived in our attic! He would find a way out from under the attic door (we think), and get into our living space. We tried everything to get rid of him. Playing loud music in the attic, leaving the light on overnight, spending $500. to have everything sealed around the eves and roof. We even took the little window out and put up netting so that he could get out, but not back in. Nothing worked, so we just made Henry our house bat. lol! As long as he stays out of our space, it's all good. He was living here before we were. If we stand outside at dusk and look up between our houses, you see one bat fly out from our house, and a few minutes later one fly out from our next door neighbors. lol! It's only ever been one, and we have never seen him in our attic, but we know he's up there somewhere! He's like a hamster with wings! lol!

Dear Joe, my name is Cristiano, i'm 46, i write from Italy (i was at your concert in Padova). I apologize for my bad English. I'm writing an album dedicated to my nephew, his name is Federico: he died a year ago due to a domestic accident, he was 14. There is one of your songs that reminds us very much Federico, is Ten Words. I would like to record it and put it on the album, which will be dedicated to the parents of Federico (my sister is the mother). I would like to know if there are problems: without your permission not insert the song in the album. Thank you for the emotions you give me through your music. Cristiano

So, we purchased VIP tickets for this Thursday’s show in San Diego. We tried to get the VIP where we could meet Joe, but they were already all sold out. :( Any cancellations or openings at all, I would love to pay the extra to be able to have my fiancé meet Joe. If not, no worries and I am not sure if there is any way at all that you could do this but my fiancé and I are walking down the aisle for our wedding to Joe’s song, "I BELIEVE", and if there is any way at all that he could play it on Thursday night, it would be sooo huge for my fiancé. I am surprising him with tickets for the night, and that song got him through a lot in his life. He is a marine, and several of his friends have died as well as his mother when he was young and that song is a BIG part of who he is. If there is any chance at all that Joe could play that song for me, it would be absolutely incredible. My fiancé is Jared Paul.

Thank you so so much!!!

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd check in again to see if anyone else is going to San Diego tonight...it looks like I'm the only T2Jer so far.

I'll do my best to keep track of the setlist and share notes here, but I have a very busy weekend so I don't know how quickly I'll be able to make a full report. If Joe plays something unusual, I'll share it as soon as I can later tonight. As for the rest of my weekend, after seeing Satch tonight, it's John Williams and the LA Phil at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday and then Satch again on Saturday. Speaking of...campbell, if you're reading this, I still haven't heard from you. Are you still planning on being at the LA show? It'd be great to meet up with you at the gig to say hello.

Anyway, that's all for now...

...Austin...

My husband Peter has been a huge admirer and fan of yours since the mid 80s. He has every one of your music albums and also plays some pieces of your songs when he is at home. I also very much enjoy listening to your music, and we both think you are unquestionably the greatest rock guitarist ever. He is currently serving a 6-month military deployment in the Middle East, the second in the last 3 years. He is due to come back on October 16th (if everything goes as planned). When I was looking at your website earlier this week I learned about your current tour and saw that you and your band will be playing in Oakland on October 26th at the Fox Theatre. I am not sure if my husband is aware that you will be holding a concert so close to where we live (Vacaville, CA), but I know he would be thrilled to go see you and your band playing live shortly after he returns. I was wondering if there is anything you could do so we can go to your concert in Oakland in October. We do not have children, so it is only the two of us. I would truly love to give him this wonderful surprise when he return from military duty. I want to thank you for making such amazing music with your guitar and your great talent. Your music is highly inspiring and uplifting, and has accompanied my husband throughout all these many years wherever he goes.
