campbell - Check your email and let me know where you're sitting. I'm in Row H on the floor, just left of the left isle when you're facing the stage.

EDIT - I looked through your old posts and saw you said you're in the front row of the balcony...I'll try and get up there if I can. I'll be wearing my SWTA 20th anniversary shirt.

...Austin...

Hi Joe! It was a dream come true to actually get to meet you in person last night at the Palms with my wife before the show. This was my first time I've been able to see you perform live, let alone shake your hand. You are an incredible talent and your music has touched so many people , including myself....Your music has lifts my spirits up on those ruff days we all sometimes have. Getting to see your listen to you during rehearsal was a real unexpected surprise and a real treat! Then getting to hand you my JS20s, my now prized possession and something I will cherish forever, for you to sign was surreal and something I've only dreamed about. I was just in complete awe standing in your presence, I wanted to ask you a few things but was just at a loss of words when the moment came. It's not every day you get to meet one of your idols! I must say just were so calm and humble, just could not have asked to meet a nicer person. Then on stage your just like an overloaded tesla exploding with a million watts of power! Thank you Joe for being such an awesome person, and thank you for all the joy your music has brought to me and others, your truly blessed. Never stop rock'in! We love you Joe! Have a great tour! I think the new unstoppable momentum record is incredible, I've been playing it every day for months now, it helps pump me up and get my day started. Thank you again! Safe journeys!

FANS 4 LIFE! Michael & Julie....

Hi Mr.Satriani. My name is Matthew Harnage and I just recently bought a Musicman Ax40 guitar. It has the locking tremolo by floyd rose but no cutout for it to be pulled back on to raise the pitch. I was wondering if I chiseled out the wood myself if that would effect the guitar or if it was a good idea at all? I know it's weird to ask this question. But I thought who better to ask than a professional and famous musician himself. I really hope you find time to answer this message. Thanks a millon. :)

Sincerely, Matthew Harnage

I have a dream! That one day, I would see the ultimate G3 show. In that show were Joe, of course, Steve Morse and Eric Johnson. REALITY CHECK...Joe and Steve are going to be in Austin this Sunday evening. Eric is not on tour and lives in Austin. Hmmmm....Dare I suggest that Eric be invited for a walk-on G3 jam?? If he shows, I will have achieved Nirvana! Okay Mr Satch! I have given the idea. PLEASE SEND ME TO NIRVANA!! Ciao!

Joe Hi,

I'll be seeing you in Calgary on the 17th of October and I wanna say I'm so excited so see you live again! The first time was way back when you were touring with Stu and J Mover. I saw you again the last time you were in Calgary-cheap seats- but this time I bought the package! Anyway aside from meeting you I have two requests. One, please don't play "I'm Going Down" for the encore;I hate that song. Sorry I'm being honest. Second, I find that the majority of your fans are music fans. We like a lot of different kinds of music and we know what's good and not so good-stuff over style in other words. Would you consider picking one or two Canadian songs you love and performing them Joe Satriani style for the encore? Ok I have to add two more requests because they just popped into my head. Would it be possible for you to perform all of your songs that have vocals. With the exception of "I Believe" I love them all! I like "I Believe" but like "Closer to The Heart" I've heard it too many times. Also would you consider having "Sumo Cyco" open for you in Calgary? I know that stuff isn't always in your control but they are young, energetic, Canadian and so quirky with some excellent songs and tonnes of energy! If not "Sumo Cyco" how about Rik Emmett opening for you? Thanks Joe! Looking forward to the show and I love the new CD it's your best in years and I wouldn't mind hearing the whole thing before you play some of your classics for us! Thank you for allowing us to interact and thank you for the music! Ciao for now, CanadaJoe.

Dear Joe Satriani, My name is Zsófia Vrancsik I'm from Hungary, my boyfriend Ferenc Németh (who’s also a guitarist) is a big fan of yours and his birthday is approaching. He's very very dear to me, I want to give him the best present ever. So I would like to kindly ask you to create a short birthday-best-wishes video for his 25th birthday. You are in the focus of our everyday music experience, and I believe this present would surely make him overjoyed. I'm looking forward for your favorable reply. Yours sincerely: Zsófi Vrancsik

It's been some time since I have been on here but I am calling out for some help...

Right then folks things have gotten serious now with the health of my niece and it is looking like the treatment available for her here in the uk is now very limited. For those who dont know she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 4 and she is now 8. We need to raise £500k to send her abroad to have any chance of saving her life. The fear is we are £400k short of the total needed to send her abroad. The simple fact is if we don't have the money (and not to beat around the bush here) she will DIE. Whatever you think might help please let me know as it is just criminal to let a child so young die of this disease... I have lost count of the amount of things I have done for charities and now I am calling out to the music community for some help in return... Whatever you can offer, do, help with would be appreciated be that donating a proportion of your gig money to the cause, asking for donations from the audience - whatever you can do just dont let my niece be another statistic of this horrendous disease...

...Okay Im here this is good man ,2 brand new engines hey check it out! ALONG TIME AGO MAN this is why my agae thing doesn't make no sense but I guess 24 years ago hey joe at Bancroft ministry of natural resources I unloaded 2 enginesa CAgiva Italian well siclian 430 dirtbike engine anda 250 1985 1987 cagiva 30 wmx engine 1986 liquid cooled 250 rotax dirtbike engine .About 12 years ago the head of the ministry of natural resources came looking for me said they were renovateing privately in Bancroft mnr and knowone knew about it so I sent the ministry of natural resources mnr female seargent they use females for strenhgth alettter sayeing I could give them something for them instead of throwing them away right if they could get clearance from the capital government to let me have the science engines right .So last Monday the ministry of natural resources from Bancroft pulled in not check my hunting licence tis time but with a brand new Cagiva 430 wmx engine complete bottom man it was liquid cooled they bought it with no cyclinder head or piston or sprocket shaft now I know from this computer here at the ,library that cagiav sets the world standard from sicly new sicly they devlop the engines 14-17 years before any form of one hit,s the market in any brand then 33 years later or 21 maybe they release the true copy its identical to an air cooled 400 husqvrana 1975 hey cagiva owned husky in 87 the other info is true though for everything in the world the release thing I convereted it from liquid cooled to air cooled I had to install the sprocket shcft use a headers jr headers 1985 amc eagle gasket set in the transmison to convert it took it apart brand new it,s done in and running you wouldn't even know the huksy has been toughed I even put the old husky serial number tags ignition everything on piston cyclinder and head air cooled. did some rideing shes prim to Julie Julie howden I let her ride the husky she lives in betahny near dveils elbow ski resort.then thusrday they showed up with the rotax I installed kickast shidfter shaft piston rins g and cylinder and use the reamaing gaskets out of the set both original tansmision were totally worn out did some rideing went to home hatdrware bought acan of black spray paint I give em 500.00 for the cagiva and 300 for the rotax 60 for fuel for the cagiva and 30 for fuel for the rotax seriously man they were throwing them away I took my too old motors to the dump deb here the libraraian said that the dump here could take them and that's that alitttle letter to the mnr both liquids converted to air cooled cool hey anyways check mail and home later wolf2.

Skippy, lets just say, in a country that treats prisoners better than their elderly, you got that right! Hopefully now he'll feel every ounce of pain he gave those kids and their families...and then some.

In other news - there's only 112 days until Christmas!

And in other other news... ;-)
