Southerners In Heaven (and hell!)

Gabriel came to the Lord and said, "I have to talk to you, I have some Southern folk up here in Heaven who are causing some problems. They are swinging on the Pearly Gates, my horn is missing, barbecue sauce is all over their robes, ham hocks, spareribs, and pig's feet bones are all over the streets of Gold. Some folks are even walking around with one wing! They have been late taking their turn in keeping the stairway to heaven clean. There are watermelon seeds all over the clouds. Some of them are refusing to wear their halos, saying it messes up their hair."

The Lord said, "I made them special, as I did you, my special angel. Heaven is home to ALL my children. If you really want to know about problems, then let's call the Devil."

The Devil answered the phone, "Hello?.....Hold on." The Devil returned to the phone and said, "Hello Lord, what can I do for you?" The Lord replied, "Tell me what kind of problems you are having down there." The Devil said, "Wait one minute please," and puts the Lord on hold. All right here's my two cents.

I cannot even fathom how someone could bash Steve like that! I've heard few songs of his yet am utterly astounded and blinded by his talent and emotion. Yes, Joe's music makes a little more sense, but Steve is good nonetheless.

Jazz Man If you ask me I must say get lost. Insulting a lady is wrong. It's worse if you don't know them. You are coming off as a butthole. Many of your comments, while you may be protecting your opinion, are uncalled for and downright wrong. Vai is a good player. If you don't like him say so. We understand. Some people don't. Dissing him on his mentors site is a different story entirely. Saying you hope he burns his axe is overdoing it.

All right guys if it's always like this I'm leaving. I'm generally a peaceful guy, but pulling this crap just puts me over the edge. I'm not saying anyone is justified though in my OPINION TASTEY is. It looks to me that she is defending herself here.

Jazzer13 and others You guys done got me sad now too! I am always aware of people with problems or handicaps, but facing it and coping with it that is much more difficult. Any and all physically, mental/emotional, or socially handicapped or disabled have my sympathies and I do my best to see that they are treated with due respect.
