do u mean his picking hand position for his legato technique!?
hes usually just muting strings/unwanted noise during legato runs, legato is that smooth fast playing he does, and doesnt require much picking, eg. every 3 notes or so its a kidna tricky technique if ur unfamiler with it, check out allan holdsworth he has a nice legato, it will take a while to do and get good finger independance from your frettinh hand especially between your 3 and 4 fingers but you'll get it with practice!

do ya mean the legato thing or the harmonic thing he does with his pickign hand, or his picking in general?
he uses loaaaaaaaaaaads of tricks and techniques, but his signature stuff is his smooth legato and cool harmonics he has stuff like tremolo pickin hybrid pickin, fingerpicking, tappin and loads of different styles lots!

no its ok cheese, ill let this one go, but keep ur crazy photo accusation antics to a minimum, they're really out of hand!!!
so ill let this one go, cause i know secretly u think im a genius :-O
and sledge, get a ahrder pick!!! i use JD 1.00 ones the black ones, they seem to be the ones for me, i pick alot with my fingers and a pick in my hand, im nearly always doin it, i dont seem mayne people play like i do, but oh well!

i know i kept saying rite ill save ina sec, then edit somethin else, then say the same! but its cool i got a cool way of workin out stuff too, before i cudnt playback the track while i was recording but i figured out how to do so :) it will be even better 2mo, :) i got sick n tired of waiting for my POD so i just said fuck it ill use a crappy mic and go for it....... it sounds decent so far, ig ot a free drum machine today it sound funny they're great fun

thx :) most of it was on the spot, cause i wanted to use a riff, but didnt get to yet :( and yea i read tha article lol i used Leafdrums for the drums i got it yesterday and audacity that was all, i added the drums last, lol i recorded it backwards, it was weird
