growler....nothing really....i am a cricketer and so from time to time i end up spraining my shoulder...throwing the cricket ball as a fielder looks easy but it aint?????? anyway now that it is off season i am ok but once the season peaks i do get my shoulder into a lot of pain,,,,it goes thru a lot every year and that has been happening since 2001..i have been playing serious cricket since i was in Class VII(7) ,,i.e.1987...but the shoulder injury started in 2001...i hope to be ok this year..lets wait and see...the season starts soon....anyway i hope yur doing well bro...yu and yur family...greetings to all.....ALOHA.
