Just got the new album today....I'm impressed, but as with most new albums, I'll have to give it a proper listen a few times. Mindstorm and Mountain Song hit me straight away......sheer excellence. Hope both these songs are on the european set list. Once again, JOE: please update your personal setlist to the one you will be playing on this tour!!!

Since my last post a few days ago I have listened repeatedly to SBM.....and the conclusion.....THIS ALBUM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! Every song is amazing, though Mind Storm and Mountain Song are still two of my favourites

JOE....I know you cant release a DVD of every tour, but you really should release one of your recent European Tour. I have seen you in concert four times now in DUBLIN, and that setlist is by far the best I've heard yet. The new stuff from SBM was awesome live. Nice to see the old classics return as well. Please Please release a DVD of it, or even a CD

Could someone please e-mail me the new setlist as soon as the US leg of the tour starts. It'll be interesting to hear what changes are made from the European leg.
I'd really love a live CD of the European set, but chances of an official one are slim to say the least. Therefore the chances of getting a good quality bootleg are greater from the US leg.

Does anyone know where I can get a full european live set of the Strange Beautiful Tour on CD? I've tried copying part of the webcast audio to minidisc, but my connection is only 56k and there are problems with re-buffering. If so please e-mail me directly: downie_m@hotmail.com instead of posting a reply here. I dont read a lot of the posts and it would take forever to try and search for a reply or two. Cheers....

WEBMASTER, are you planning on having all parts of the webcast downloadable? That would be really excellent if thats the idea. My connection is crap so it meant the sound quality was terrible during the webcast itself. Later....

JOE, is there any chance you will release a CD of this current "Evening With...." style show? I know you had a live album after "Engines.." but out of the four tours I've seen you live on, I personally think this has been the best live show you have done yet. The setlist is amazing and the new songs are fantastic live. Please reply

JOE...this may seem like a strange request, but do you know of anywhere I can find a bootleg of one of your European shows from the SBM tour? I read somewhere that your not totally opposed to bootlegging and that a guy in Australia has a lot of your stuff. I was at the show in Dublin '02 and it was the best set I've seen you play (seen you live on 4 different tours). The songs off SBM were awesome live, and I noticed that you took some of them out of your set for the US leg of the tour. Obviously you cant release a live album for every tour you do, but that was a real awesome show, and I cant seem to find one of them anywhere. I did manage to get it from the webcast, but the sound quality is terrible (56k modem). Maybe there were just no bootleggers at any of the shows!! Cheers, Mark

Can someone please post a setlist. From the other reviews sounds like a great show, but very few songs listed. I think its fantastic that joe is no longer cluttering up his set with crush of love, satch boogie and summer song. Dont get me wrong, I love the songs, but he has played them all on every tour I've seen him on since '95 and its good (from what I understand anyway) that he's playing some of the stuff he hasn't played live in years

Joe, because there's no Ireland dates this time around I'm travelling to Glasgow to catch the show. Any chance you'll play Time Machine this time round? I know you played it on the US leg of the 'Strange Beautiful' tour but I dont think you've ever played it in Europe. Thanks anyway....

Just got me a Club Joe package for the Glasgow show ....its cool that the meet and greet is before the show this time, i had to rush off early after the picture 2 years ago so didnt get to stay and hang out. Any chance you would consider playing Mountain Song this time around? Catch ya in 6 months dude....

Hey Joe!! If you don't already know, 3 of the UK tour dates are SOLD OUT already (Belfast, Glasgow and Bristol). I've got my tickets for Glasgow and Belfast........any chance you could play Time Machine and/or Mountain Song this tour?......see ya at the meet and greet in Glasgow!!

Great to see Time Machine, Crushing Day and Cryin' on the set lists so far....hope they are stayin in there for the whole european tour!! Roll on May 14th!!.....and again on the 24th......
