I wanted to thank you for taking the time to reply to my post about my husband. I am also glad that you made it home safely after the first war and thank you for your service as well. I will gladly let Joe know that you have said thanks. I know he appreciates hearing that. Being a part of the military can be extremely difficult and trying but can be such a learning experience, you come away with a great understanding of what is really important in life. I was a little worried to post on here about our situation for fear that it would just seem like someone trying to get something for nothing. I just admire my husband so dearly and everything he has done for me and I would love to be able to do something special for him to show him how much I really appreciate him. Joe would listen to Joe's music while overseas and I would also listen to Joe's music here in the states, it reminded me so much of my Joe. He always plays his guitar while I am getting ready and I really missed that music in our house while he was gone. 19 months is a very very long time to be without the daily noises, simple as that sounds. Again thanks for taking the time to reply, I didn't think that anyone would even notice and it is nice to know that someone else has been there, done that and understands and cares. Take care!
