Hello all,

First post for me. Call it a new year's resolution. Get myself to send regular regards to joe and the fans. It's very refreshing to see the random posts and general good vibes amongst the fans..a nice contrast to cliche chat rooms..not that i am a big fan of those. I understand why satch has decided to call this 'a stream of concsiousness'. Well, a little about me. I'm french from tahiti, was stufdying in fiji and had a bad car accident last year august. Still in hospital but in New Zealand since i got transfered here for treatment. The beautiful thing in this whole mess is that i get to see satch in march. I have the tickets and Joe, i can already feel the power of the music from a month and a half away. I can't wait man..but will. No idea what hapened to you but seems you're past the recent blues. It's good news. I'm sure you'll be celebrating recovery by putting even more soul into your music..if it's possible.

Admire your work and ethics and general character..love your music. Keep it up and keep well. Thanks.

For everyone else, nice being part of this. Take care all.

Et pas fache de lire un peu de francais de temps en temps. cela me remet quelques boulons linguistiques en place.

come to me March...come to me slowly but surely.

Hello all.

it's been too long since my last post and i can't trace it back now..takes too long so dunno if anybody replied but thanks anyway for nay input. Anyway, just another day in hospital and cant stop thinkin about the concert so thought i'd say hello again. (post #2) :) I'm in Auckland New Zealand and have been in hospital for a bit over 5 months now. Leg damage but seems my brain is doin ok so no worries. I won't be out but i have the tickets to the March concert here and it is LESS than a month now!! Goin ballistic in anticipation. Without this accident, i wouldnt've been here to attend this concert so gotta appreciate the good that comes out of any experience. ;)

You rock Joe. Thanks for your music and your dedication to it. A great artist results from it and the world is a litle better thanks to it. Keep up the good spirit and see you in March. By the way, look out for the dude in the wheelchair with the huge grin on his face, chances are it's gonna me and if u have a signing, do announce it as taking a signature home from there will make the experience a golden moment in my life :)

thanks buddy. everyone else, take care but not too much, you may otherwise miss out on some great things. vive la vie

Hello again..was just browsing back a little and saw the post about new members posting once only. For me it was many reasons, i also went MIA (missing in action) after my first post. doin other stuff on the computer but also the fact the to see any reply i realised that you pretty much have to check up on the site everyday..and i'm not a person to stick to routines too well. I'll try makin a effort though. and anyway, my post count is now up to THREE!!! :) Soon, i'll be cateorised as ancient?.....nah nvm, there's all you guys takin the podium already. I do love the vibe on the site though. Always refreshing when i do take a peak.

Peace everyone. (Master Yoda style..full of wisdom) haha.. not me though..i'm not wise by a mile.

Oh and the Steve Irwin thing. I think the guy is a legend. He can be how he is with animals, doin all his crazy stuff becoz i think he has some weird connection to them. He's master of his art the way satch is master of his guitar. I respect both guys deeply so please don't bomb him just coz he speaks funny. :)

ciao

hello all. Great to see the good vibes as usual.

Loopylixx sorry about the big C. As long as your mental is tough as nials, nothing can stop u from making the best of what life has to offer. Been in hospital for a bit over 5 onths myself. In Auckland so I will catch JOe a few days before you ;p

Yep, i get privilege for having been in this medical mayhem longer. lol

Be on the mend Renee. Take care. Best thoughts and prayers to u girl.

Everyone else i'm deciding wther to keep posting coz bein the non-computer- wiz that i am, i cannot figure out how to trace my last posts which were just yesterday so i kinda feel like giving up. Might be alittle ironic after my positive attitude talk a few lines above but seriously..thought it'd be easier. :(

Anyway, keep up the vibes.

Joe, you rock. Always will love your music. And i was just thinking about a G3 with Greg Howe. Reckon that's gonna happen anytime? I'm sure Vai, Howe and yourself can come up with something totally mindblowing...especially on the all-out guitar 'threesome' section. :)

I'd love that G3 to happen. Luv to all. ciao

aguinaga..sorry if i misspelt..my short term memory isnt all that great.. :)

LIsten to Paco De Lucia's flamenco...his solo stuff.. you gonna be blown away..so melodic and so beautiful. get the 'Friday night and San Francisco' cd (Paco de Lucia, Al di Meola, Mc Laughlin)..pretty insane

As far as Electric Guitar shredding... Greg Howe man..your ears will be numb from the talent... Steve Vai of course...just get 'Alien Love Secrets' and 'Passion and Warfare'. hmmmm....what else...actually that should keep you busy for a bit. :)

stevee big fat LOL about the brando thing. I havent been home for over 5 years now so dunno where the poor bugger is hiding. He's done some great things for us back home though. And anyway, with the current political situation there at the mo, we dnt need any more mayhem than we already have. the big swich in government after more than 30 years is pointing its head..argggghhhhh....talkin about pollitics...what am i doign!!!?? feell ill all of a sudden..

forget about that.. god bless you all.

Joe, u rock..have i sad that already to day? Yeah i have..must be coz u do. :)

ok I'm off..see if i can trace this one back with the replies tomorrow. Keep u posted. ciao
