Simon - Gates of Redala really kicks ass man. Any full version happening sometime soon?

I think my next project is instrumental Shania Twain covers. It's really very full, rich music. I love it.

Narface - Cool looking fast cars? They are everywhere man. VW just came out with the World's fastest production car. 16 cylinder, 8.0L. I wish I had the torque number for it, but the best I could find out was 1001bhp.

On another note, my boss raced with Bruce Mclaren in the 60's. Cool stuff.

Matt King - Message in a Bottle rocks(excla-freaking-mation mark) I want that one.

Narface - Yeah, it beats the Enzo alright, it beats everything apparently. I mean, when I hear of cars doing 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds, and I try to imagine that kind of acceleration... it just feels wrong to go the fast so quick.

NOW... The Volkswagen Bugatti Veyron does 0-100kmh (100km/h is slightly faster than 60m/h. 60miles = 97kilometers.) in 2.9 seconds. I mean, just try to imagine that acceleration. 0-300km/h in 14 seconds.

One thing that I absolutely hate about the car is that it's automatic.

962 - When you take an existing car and modify it, it's not a production car. I mean, this is how the car comes STOCK, not modified.

So, anyone ever drive a Porsche 928? 5.0L V8. Waaaaayyyyy too easy to break the speed limit. I only got to drive the 928, not the 928 S4. I really wanted to drive the 944 because it's one of my favourite cars ... and it was 5 speed manual. I hate automatic. I work for a German auto service shop and I get to drive Porsches. Yes, i'm in love with my job, yes it's dirty, and no, it doesn't normally feel like work.

OCP - Vipers, sure, great, simple engine design, 8.0L displacement through 10 pistons. That's huge. Simply a powerhouse of a car on the streets. But like all expensive cars, the maintenence is increased with the power. Full engine tune ups every 15,000km.

Greg m - Ah bikes, sure, lots of fun to drive and will always be faster than most cars depending on the size. I like 2 stroke dirt bikes.

962 - I'm sure lots of C4 Vettes have been turbo'd or something. I love C5's Vettes though, one of the best suspensions ever made.

About the Dauer, I knew nothing about that man. I don't know, from what i've heard, i've never heard of it being a production car. I guess you could consider it a production car but officially, what is it?

Man cars like these, fun to talk about, but just try to dream about paying for them. Forget it. I'm fine with my VR6 dream. I'm going to take a MkIII 2.0L Golf CL (no pwr anything) and convert it to a VR6 eventually. 5 speed of course.

Narface - The Ferrari Maranello is the car to buy if you're not going for an F50 or Enzo. You like the Jap cars don't you? Beh, Jap Scrap.

Narface - You mean the cars that aren't engineered well and the bodies rust easily? Or that fact that they run a good 150,000km but by that time, there's no chance you're servicing it easily because the bolts and mount and everything else are impossible to remove because they used the cheapest possible bolts, screws, nuts etc... to hold it together which makes them as cheap (inexpensive) as they are.

No, I would love to hop in a Subaru. Impreza WRX or the STI etc... and I would feel priveleged to drive an S2000, but man, 240hp our of 2.0L? Ok that's really pushing it. The fact that there's no possible way to work on the car without taking it completely apart (and suffering all the while) just kinda kills it for me.

They can advertise 240bhp, but i've seen 200bhp move faster.

I've seen 2 S2000s at one slalom race and the 1.8T Audi Quattro was faster. No turbo change work or heavy engine work.

Stu Clone - Ha, Yngwie, God bless.

ToneCapone - The STI is a great performance car. I wonder why Subaru is so crazy with Turbocharging everything. I'd take a turbo over a supercharger but they seem to have a problem with turbo lag.

...and yes, civics suck.

Know what a Civic is? It's a car made to be inexpensive (affordable to anyone) and offer adequet transportation.

If you want a Civic that has potential to move, it better be Vtec or don't even bother talking about your car. They are light, i'll give them that. To take say, an SI (1.6L Vtec, 127bhp) and give it a performance edge, you would basically have to change parts of the whole system to give it anything. Not just one thing.

When cars are made, the manufacturer does not want to rob power from you. They take a design and build it to a certain specification in which all the parts will work well together.

ALTHOUGH, some cars are engineered better than other. Civics (even the ones with lots of juice being squeezed out of 4 small cyls) are just a shell with parts that will work that will get you from point A to point B.

Then take a German car like a later model VW or BMW or any Benz or Porsche or later model Audis, then you have a nicely engineered vehicle.

Invigor - John, you're telling us your 2 stroke motorcycle could beat a 4 stroke civic with not much more displacement. (passed the x2 point) If you know a bit about engines (and i'm not directing this at you John), you'll know that 2 stroke motors make twice as much power as 4 strokes do per displacement volume. Meaning that if the Honda Civic displaced twice as much as the motorcycle and weighed the same, only then could it beat it. Of course the Civic has a good 1500 pounds on the cycle...

In a nutshell, any motorcycle can smoke a 1.6L civic. Vtec? Sure that too. Man, 50hp on a 2 stroke, carbureted dirt bike could probably pull the quarter mile in 13 seconds.

Megaboyd - Haha, cool. I just finished typing my point on Subaru's turbo lag and then I read yours.

Matt - Wow man, so they are auditioning for a new season already.

Joe - Hard to say 25, so instead, i'll ask the question, if there was an Essential JS cd, what 25 songs should NOT be excluded.

I think some of the classics tend to become and forgotten over time.

Personally, I couldn't imagine a cd without "New Day" on it.

Ditto "Dreaming #11"

ToneCapone - There are Civics that can do that 1/4 mile in 11 seconds. I'm not surprised at all. It's a light throw away car with horsepower. It's fast and you can toss it through turns. Any car can have that done but 4 cylinders will only get you so far.

Invigor - Brilliant isn't it? (Yngwie plane)

Pete - A well composed song with great production it. My main piece of opinion is how professional the guitar solos sound. You are amazing.

Narface - Ah yeah, I find a lot of the time, problems like that, on guitars especially, are usually easy fixes with little electronics knowledge. If it's Ibanez, check the rear cavity for the ground wire.

DOES ANYONE ELSE FIND THIS HILARIOUS: (no, really)

Guitarcake - I'm gonna work on it. Don't have a digital camera. There are videos though of me playing it.

http://yngvaitriani.tripod.com - Jem7VWH for sale.

oh, and there's going to be so much fury at G3 this year, you're going to have to swear in Swedish and hunt down a Japanese woman.

Michelle - I agree. It'd be even more awesome if Joe came to T2J and laughed and cracked fury jokes like we all do.

-Oh, I haven't laughed that hard since I was a school girl.

P.S. Yes I will be bringing up that line for a long time to come. If you have a problem with that and want to stop me, I live in Canada. It shouldn't be hard to find me, i'm the third house on the left.

Fusion - 12? I dunno, my age was the last year of the old curriculum, 13 grades. Grade 11 kicked some ass for me. 2 gyms and a spare on one day.

My last year was ok too. Spare, guitar, lunch, spare, math.

anibur - On your son's site, you should let him know that the 2 cars on the second line of pictures is an Audi TT and what looks to be a Porsche 956 supercar. That, and there's no Corrado on there. The VW that's good enough to be accepted as a Porsche.

Greg / Feathers - Wallace and Grommit is amazing animation. Doesn't everyone want to take an aluminum bat to Feathers? Damn penguin. Makes me want to unleash the fokking fury.

anibur - Flash cars? I'm not familiar with the term. Judging from the site, I guess it's cars that have looks to them that cost lots of money.

I don't think i'd be much of a help. MkIII GTI's just kill me when I see them. Subtle but strong.

Here, Corrado: http://www.vwplaypen.com/gallery/VW-Corrado-Gallery

Here, GTI: Ah, I can't find any good ones for now.

UNLEASH THE FURY!

"...Yngwie then jumped up and bolted away shouting out "I AM THE CRUSADER OF THE NIGHT!"

That is the Yngwie way to end an interview.

Man I make a lot of fun of Yngwie. Next thing you know, he'll give me some backstage passes only to my surprise to be ambushed by some of Yngwie's henchmen (Yes, like the original Batman series henchmen. Or for those of you who aren't familiar with the 60's bad guy henchmen, Austin Powers' Dr. Evil or Goldmember etc...).

THANK YOU, i'll be here all week. Check me out behind the $6 a night motel dumpster. Have a good night. *applause*

Now, i'm not one who is known to ever double post without a good reason (even then its seldom ever) but I assure you, I have a good reason.

Are you ready for this one?

Anyone know the movie Triple X? (XXX) with Vin Diesel. Know the bad guy with the long hair. The Russian dude who has the cars and the Widowmaker Submarine?

He looks like Yngwie Malmsteen. I swear, I watched parts of the movie, I thought he was going to unleash the fury.
