Hi everyone. Had a few things to do recently, sorry if I don't reply to anything you asked me - I'm not ignoring you, honest! Martina: there's something you can get at the post office called an International Reply Coupon. You send that to Joe's management and it's prepaid to get back to you. r6r: I'm here, been busy. Nothing exciting, but the doctor's yesterday was life-changing! I'll probably email you tomorrow. Clarky: If I play G on the bottom E, D on the A and A on the D, is that an add 9 or a sus2? I've seen it described as both - what's your take?

hi guys, just checking in. Nothing to report really... life is a-going through some changes. Clarky - yes of course it's G5 add 9 and not G add 9, due to the lack of a B. Thanks for your feedback on "TAB only guitar fodder" LOL. Also LOL @ trem arm too - i have a friend who has two Dysons, but still manages to "Hoover" with them!!!!.

It's been (and still is)... strange... and to top it off I can't get an internet connection on my "normal" machine for more than 2 seconds so I barely got your email! :-( this machine is one i built for my sister so i guess i can use it for the net for a few days until she picks it up.... Crystal Planet: If you use that program I mentioned a while back Power Tracks you should be able to manage with your current machine, and spend the cash on more hard disk space. If you really want to use Cubase, check out this site for an experienced user's recommendations. Hope this helps!

regardless of (probably in spite of) his/her personal feelings, Avarice will always post something to piss somebody off (and the more the merrier). Don't worry Sharon. Even if he/she feels that way, we're better than that, right? I saw you and (I think) John on the petition - wtg :-) Avarice: come on dude, the first time you were here was fun (and yes, I fell for it too), but sometimes there's a line and only certain kinds of people cross that line - I thought you weren't one of them..... so how do you tune your Woolies Strat?

Of course you're right, it *is* a double standard. Even more so, to breed animals, give them drugs to make them fatter, etc *just* to kill em and eat em is pretty sick if you look at it that way. But scanning people's posts just to get in a cheap shot... I know you're capable of better than that ;-)

ooh double post! McDave: reducing the amount of harmonics in your signal can help - try the front pickup and/or roll off the tone control a little. I think only units like Eventides will let you harmonise more than one note at a time. As for web hosting, there are tons of cheap ones - the free ones are usually free for a reason - adverts everywhere, crappy service, etc. Avant Noise do an "idiot-proof" (no offence!!!) artist showcase-type thing. If you can create your own pages ValueHost are pretty good, and quite cheap.

For the people who didn't get it... that was Avarice's first ever post on T2J... hey Avarice.. is there a pic of the "real you" on this site anywhere? Just wondering.... ;-) If yes, don't worry - I won't say anything...
Crystal Planet: using MIDI with your Pod, if it's anything like the V-Amp, will also enable you to get patches off the net and send them to your unit
Clarky: yeah, but I thought only the expensive (Eventide, etc) units could harmonise where *you* play more than one note?
