Hello everyone, I'm a new user on satriani.com
Just wanted to say to Joe that he rocked last night a Les Pauls Birthday concert, and if you read this thanks for signing my pick guard and talkin to me for a bit!

So yes, as i said before, i attended Les Pauls 90th birthday concert at carnegie hall last night (6/19) and it was such a nice surprise to see Joe there...only played satch boogie...but it was still amazing.
lucky me, i even got an autograph haha
what type of styles do you guys play...mostly industrial fushiony stuff? or something else?

Stevee T....i waited outside, and a guy asked me who i was waiting for. I told him JS and he went inside and got him to come out haha. His sig is pretty unclear, but the fact is i know i got it haha...maybe i'll figure out how to post it up here

that sounds like a good idea, i used to play a standard, and they're very versatile...i liked mine but sadly had to sell it =[... i too have read good reviews on those texas pickups...sounds like a good idea to me

along with house of the rising sun, i think getting to know your arpeggios really well helps too...the way i learned was i just played a major 7th arpeggio over and over and gradually increased the speed....this took a long time...but i can sweep lol!
