JOE .....WOW! when I came to the gig in London it was great....I loved it....but with all the excitement and enjoyment....I hadn't realized how well you were actually playing....does that make sense..

Hi Peeps.....too many posts to read properly....just got back from a few days away at a Hotel in Ipswich....it was sooooo nice....brilliant pool all to myself....and saunda and steam room and jacuzzi....bliss...no cooking....cleaning.....ahhhh I am ready to face the world.....actually had to face a bunch of guitar playing teenagers wanting food as soon as I got back.....but hey it was cool!

Oh Oh and The Burnley football team were staying there as they were playing Ipswich on the Saturday....spoke to one of them....no idea who it was though!

News on the mum front.....she is in hospital today having pretty much all of her blood exchanged...they still don't know what kind of Leukemia it is though....

SCARY BIT.......they are checking to see if it is in the genes coz my nan and grandad and dad all died of Cancer....GULP!

Don't think I wanna know the answer to that one!

AussieRGman - Awwww sorry to hear about your plight....just when you really needed a lift too.....life is so tough sometimes.....still I am sure that while you were watching Joe at about the same distance that I was....your cares must have gone for a while....so thats good!

Oh update on mum.....I saw a letter she had from the doctor and it was talking about her having MGUS...don't ask me the actual words anyway I looked it up and it turns out that in 25% of cases it can turn into Myeloma (cancer) in 5 to 10 years.....so once they get her medication sorted out it should be good....I mean she is 75 now so another 10 years is pretty good by anyone standards...what a relief!
