WORDS WOMEN USEIt may help, but you willl never truly understand them!'

FINE'This is the word women use to end an argument when they feel they are right and you need to shut up. Never use "fine" to describe how a woman looks - this will cause you to have one of those arguments.

'FIVE MINUTES'This is half an hour. It is equivalent to the five minutes that your football game is going to last before you take out the trash, so it's an even trade.

'NOTHING'This means "something," and you should be on your toes. "Nothing" is usually used to describe the feeling a woman has of wanting to turn you inside out, upside down, and backwards. "Nothing" usually signifies an argument that will last "Five Minutes" and end with "Fine"

'GO AHEAD' ( With Raised Eyebrows! )This is a dare. One that will result in a woman getting upset over "Nothing" and will end with the word "Fine"

'GO AHEAD' (Normal Eyebrows)This means "I give up" or "do what you want because I don't care" You will get a "Raised Eyebrow Go Ahead" in just a few minutes, followed by "Nothing" and "Fine" and she will talk to you in about "Five Minutes" when she cools off.

LOUD 'SIGH'This is not actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A "Loud Sigh" means she thinks you are an idiot at that moment, and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you over "Nothing

"SOFT 'SIGH'Again, not a word, but a non-verbal statement. "Soft Sighs" mean that she is content. Your best bet is to not move or breathe, and she will stay content.

THAT'S OKAYThis is one of the most dangerous statements that a woman can make to a man. "That's Okay" means that she wants to think long and hard before paying you back for whatever it is that you have done. "That's Okay" is often used with the word "Fine" and in conjunction with a "Raised Eyebrow."

'GO AHEAD!'At some point in the near future, you are going to be in some mighty big trouble.

'PLEASE DO!'This is not a statement, it is an offer. A woman is giving you the chance to come up with whatever excuse or reason you have for doing whatever it is that you have done. You have a fair chance with the truth, so be careful and you shouldn't get a "That's Okay

"'THANKS!'A woman is thanking you. Do not! faint. Just say you're welcome.

'THANKS A LOT!'This is much different from "Thanks." A woman will say, "Thanks A Lot" when she is really ticked off at you. It signifies that you have offended her in some callous way, and will be followed by the "Loud Sigh." Be careful not to ask what is wrong after the "Loud Sigh," as she will only tell you "Nothing"

Gilbert Concert

Well where do I start…I set off at 12.30am from my home, got to Tottenham Court Road Station around 3.45, upon exiting the station I looked around and wondered which way to go, started walking then after a few roads went by I thought I don’t know, it looked so easy when I was at home, think I better buy a map…so I did..good job too coz I was going the wrong way, so back from wence I came I went, past the Station and across the road in front of the We Will Rock you Theater…a good landmark, so kept walking, wondering how on earth to find the hotel, knew it was Bloomsbury something but not the actual address, OK ring home….”Er where am I going” right OK onward within about two minutes walk, there it is right on the main drag…didn’t even have to go up any side roads…fab! OK OK so shower, change and off I go back to the station, right now where is the mean fiddler…”oh my word” turned around and there it was…literally right over the road from the We will Rock you Theater…how cool is that everything was within five minutes walk, which for London is pretty good! So its now 5.15 and I am 6th in the queue, the fiddler is kinda on a corner and there is a little dark and dingy alley way where the queue had to go, but oh my word, suddenly from the next building a load of water spurts out, and Oh my word did it smell, this happened a few times….pity the poor guys who had to stand near that, anyway chatted for a while to the people either side of me, then popped me ipod on and watched the world go by..grinning my head off and bopping away to Goomy! (important to note there is a security guy a few yards away, who is also grinning at various things including me) so 7pm finally the doors open and in we go, down a few corridors and down some steps and there is the stage, Oh just to describe the venue a little it holds 1000 and there is the floor, but then there is a balcony all around, so there are people looking down from there too, so by now there is about 10 guys lined up by this pedal board which is to the right, so I am at the front, about 20 feet away, not bad thinks I. So I start chatting to a couple of lads beside me, So 8pm the support band come on…er….rain something…by this time the rest of audience are non too happy about the wait and are seriously not moving, which I thought was a little unfair, coz I thought they rocked and bopped away to them. Still they finish and the roadies clear away the stuff and start getting out Pauls gear and Oh my word they put the pedal board and the mike right in front of me, I mean seriously I didn’t even have to stretch my arm to hold it! Oh I had printed off my pictures of Paul and I decided to put them on the floor ..ie the stage…next to the mike stand. So around 9pm on comes Paul and he is there two feet from me, he looks down at the pictures with a puzzled look on his face, then acknowledges the crowd! it was incredible, what a dream come true! I remember thinking when I went to see joe that there was no way I would ever get better seats than 4th row…now here I was able to touch Paul whenever I liked I was that close! Oh my word it was incredible, seeing his fingers so masterfully taking control of the guitar, but all of them were amazing, it was kinda difficult to know who to look at…Emi is an incredible keyboard player, I think it was around the second song, can’t remember, but she didn’t have much to do, anyway she had been quite serious faced up to this point, but I got eye contact, waved and said “hi Emi” and she gave the biggest smile and nodded…awww it was lovely, I like to think that she must have appreciated that.

OK set list as follows, Get out of my yard, Hurry Up, Castle Dragon, Rusty Old Boat, My Teeth are a drumset, Eruption, Spaceship one, Scarified, To be with you, Down to Mexico, Technical Difficulties, Green Tinted Sixties Mind, Twelve Twelve, Nothing but Love, Addicted to that Rush, Mt Fuji Xmas, Interaction, I like Rock, My Religion…then off then Encore Three E’s for Edward, Nor Afraid of the Police, Foxy Lady and finally You kids! Oh my word most of my favourites were in there….to be with you was just Paul playing a kinda improv version of it, Addicted to that rush was amazing, coz in the middle of it Paul and Mike the bassist had this little competition going, you know back and forth, Oh my word it was amazing! All of it, all of it was incredible, foxy lady went down a storm, although I couldn’t help giggling through it thinking of waynes world, of course it was a little frustrating that there were a few tracks that I hadn’t heard yet and couldn’t sing along too…but on the other hand it was great too! So You kids was an amazing finish and finally they took their bow, and the crowd goes absolutely mental!!!!! Anyway the guys go off but Emi comes over and shakes a few hands including mine and so I give her the prints and she runs off with them in her hand! YAYAYAYAYAYAY! Anyway I figure I would hang by the stage in case any of them come back out and watch the roadies pack away, but then this security guy comes along and tells us to go. So up the stairs I go, then notice this little crowd around a little kinda hut affair, on closer inspection…oh merchandise, I was told there wouldn’t be any…Ok so its only goomy and spaceship one….OK I wanted to get an album while I was in London so I may as well get it here….then I notice this sign on the wall at the back that says Paul will be signing here in 25 minutes! WOW…..so I step back and start chatting to this guy from Trinidad who wants me to take a picture of him with Paul, so we chat for about 10 minutes, meanwhile there is quite a crowd forming, then I look to the left of the crowd and there is Mike standing there chatting to a few, Oh right, so off I go over to him, and have a chat, he holds out his hand, I look at him and say “er no, I don’t do that” and I proceed to give him a hug…get this random person to take a photo with him and get him to sign my ticket, I tell him that I drew the pictures, Oh he said “they are good, I saw them”, he then tells me about his other group that he is in Magna-Fi and says how much fun G3 was, and we chat for about 10 minutes. Then I go back down the steps, and Paul comes out and goes into the booth, so I take a picture, then decide to join the queue, which is miles, and I am now the very last person. Anyway the security guy from earlier comes and stands behind me to stop anyone going up the corridor, and I chat with him for about 20 minutes but the queue hasn’t moved in this time. Then this other guy comes out and says to him 10 more minutes. “oh my word” I say “I am not gonna make it am I” “no chance” he says…”oh well, I haven’t got to be anywhere so I may as well hang around, till you throw me out by the scruff of the neck, its OK I am enjoying the whole experience” anyway after about 5 more minutes this guy comes along, and I admit I didn’t recognise him, but this bloke and girl appeared and start talking to him and say he must come back…Oh it’s the drummer Jeff I realize after they take a photo with him….so I say to the guy oh me too, so I chat with him, give him a big hug, and feeling brave a kiss as well..tee hee…and get a photo with him too…he explains that he is lost in the corridors and stuff and he is so sweet!

! Anyway suddenly I turned around and the crowd is gone and I am the last one to see Paul, so get the album signed, get a photo, tell him he is awesome and that I drew the pictures, and that I haven’t got him right yet but I will, to which he says they are great, so I say the gig was awesome and please come back” and then I float off on a cloud back to the hotel! Oh my word, I just expected to go to a gig, and for it to be like seeing Steve….some big head in the way, Paul in the distance somewhere and then end of….but it was so much more, such a dream come true in every way! Next day, woke up with real de-hydration headache (hadn’t drunk anything since I left home at 12.30 day before…oh no actually I got a small carton of juice on the way back to the hotel, but it was a hot day, and the gig and stuff) and very deaf! I managed to get Technical Difficulties and Hey Man albums, I got the coolest guitar bag and belt too!

Pictures to come!

Hugs from an over the moon Satriella xx

Oh my word....

Oh it was such a perfect day...

I'm glad I spent it with you....

Oh my word.....I just wish next joe concert I can get front row...

huh yeah like thats gonna happen!

Yay....webmaster...welcome back....oooooo good news....

Mrscube - I am sure you could give just a few more details on your Gwen experience???? Spill the beans.....

roffler - Oh yeah....just thought it would be a gig with heads in the way and then go home....but no I had cake, icing, cream and a cherry on top!

donnie_darko - you know the funny thing is....when i went to MCR, Steve and Mcfly....I had the pictures in pristeen condition, I wrote cards and put messages on the back of the pictures just in case but ended up bringing em home...for paul, they were not even full size, I stuffed em in the my tiny bag, all crumpled, no card, no message and lo I get to give em to Emi...scheech typical!

ibanezguitars - Er well i have no desire to see the pope...so that wont be happening...but hey yeah I can enthuse life into anyone! I hope he sticks to small venues, they are much nicer...but oh my word wasn't he amazing...so many improv bits too....yay...yeah I gotta check out all the paul vids...bet you can see me in some of em

Jeremy - Yeah I am gonna want to be up front, you are right it was perfect....and I am glad I was safe and sound too...although this freaky old guy came up to me while I was in the queue and asked what I was see...so I said paul and let him listen a bit on me ipod....so he bought this ticket off a tout and said can I come with you...so I said well I can't let you queue jump...and he said no but once we are inside everyone is together anyway....yeah I said...phew thank goodness though I never saw him again.

Badnomad - you are very welcome, glad you like it.

I would give you all hugs...but I can't reach you from up here on the clouds.....

I'll see you on the dark side of the moon...

you wanna know the perfect time to listen to that album?

the perfect time to listen to that album is....

in a peaceful garden....with the sun blazing and you lying there on the grass

listening.....

perfect!

anyway....question for the day....which seems to have gone unanswered....

if you rock to rock....do you blue to blues or pop to pop or jazz to jazz?

Kayla - did you mention the knitting factory coz Elliot janz is playing there i think....weird I just read it on myspace...then came here and you mentioned it!

rygeldude - OK....hmmmmm....what you talking about?

Michelle - how different things are over there for graduation....here ....the kids just run out of school shouting..."At last, no more school, thank heavens for that" or words tothat effect....and that's it....GRADUATED!

mag14 - me too....love Mr Big....weirdly I am not so sure on the Racer X....I just got technical difficulties and I am not into it much at the moment...but I only listened to it once so far.

MrsCube - hehe....I didn't mean about how you one...mr Cube already filled us in on that....I meant more details on the experience....what happened on the day? Or is that a closely guarded secret? LOL

RIGHT...MUST GO GET READY....GOT A LONG JOURNEY FOR MY JOE DAY...AT LEAST 2 HOURS DRIVE...TELLL YOU ALL ABOUT IT ON MONDAY!

Hi All,

Well my Joe weekend was fantastic!

Saturday spent five hours in the garden, looking through 3 box files full of stuff about joe, articles, letters from him and to him, tickets galore...pictures Oh my word got some great pictures to draw....will be a busy lil bee with my pencil for a while! but read some amazing stuff...if only I could remember what it said....Oh there was one bit where Joe was talking about his first fight when he was about 11....wow I thought....I just can't imagine Joe fighting....he obviously learned not to I guess after being punched....oh then we watched a couple of videos which were kinda guitar related with joe in...Oh oh the first one was a prelude to Seville 92 it was amazing...there waas this lil 11 year old Thomas McLoughlin I think...he was incredible...

sunday was fab too lots of Joe music....stuff I had never heard before....an amazing live acoustic version of I Believe and a bootleg copy of Joe playing to only a few in a club in the US way back in 1986...you would think that maybe he wouldn't play quite as good then....do you know what I mean...but no...he was just as fantastic...a bit more concentration maybe ..but fab...anyway...there were so many bits that I thought Oh my word thats amazing must tell everyone....that now I can't remember...coz there were just too many to keep in my lil brain....should have took a pad and pen grrrrrrrr....still I brought 6 video's and six tapes home with me ....there were in fact 22 tapes and another 22 video's which i could have brought....but this was precious and not to be replaced cargo so I wasn't really happy about bringing the six of each home....well you never know what is gonna happen do you...but listening to some of it last night...Joe at the Cotton Club...well Joe really goes off on a tangent and it is the most amazing playing from joe I have ever heard so I am glad I did bring some home.

mowlie_2000 - Oh my word I thought my experience was fantastic...but I think yours beats it....pictures pictures lets see pwetty pwease *grins*...did you see mine?

slanshroom - haha roamin in the gloamin....there is a phrase that automatically makes me think of the big yin!

michelle - yeah they are starting to do that big ceremony thing here too...

njbeast - No problem....hug you better!

SupaaDave - hey you....welcome back!

rygeldude - hehe no insult ....just stra.....a.......ange! LOL

roffler - wow that animusic was amazing...watched a few of the others too...the drum is pretty good ...well they are all fascinating!

Hugs Satriella xx

Words in my mouth
Someone told me to say
They go unspoken
My mind gets in the way

I hold my tongue
Save my, save my soul
True to myself
And stay gold

Sometimes you gotta pull the plug
Somewhere a little place to crawl
Love me for who I am
It doesn't have to be this hard
for an ordinary man

I wanna take cover, take cover
From you, wake me when it's over
Take cover, I wanna take cover
From you

Sold all my dreams
Watched them all disappear
I've spilled my blood
No one seems to care

Sometimes you gotta pull the plug
Somewhere a little place to crawl
Love me for who I am
How low do I have to go to make you
Understand

I wanna take cover, take cover
From you, wake me when it's over
Take cover, I wanna take cover
From you

I wanna take cover, take cover
From you, wake me when it's over
Take cover, I wanna take cover
From you

Cover, Take Cover
Nothing I can do to keep from going under
Take cover, Take Cover
From You

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I hear their voices inside my head

There's no denying it's my private hell as

I lie in bed

I take a look around and see myself

In twenty years will I be them

I've taken all I can stand

Afraid of what kind of man I am

Does everything stay the same

Or will I break the chain

Secrets, emotions, and wounds concealed

Spirits are broken, the deepest scars that I'll never heal

They'll be back handed down from father to son

A closet full of skeletons

I've taken all I can stand

Afraid of what kind of man I am

Does everything stay the same

Or will I break the chain

I will get by

With a little understanding

'Cause it's my own life after all

I've taken all I can stand

Afraid of what kind of man I am

Does everything stay the same

Or will I break the chain

------------------------------------------------------

Just take my heart when you go
I don't have the need for it anymore
I'll always love you, but you're too hard to hold
Just take my heart when you go

For a friend......

where'er you go, you know I'll be there
If you go far, you know I'll be there
I'll go anywhere, So I'll see you there

You place the name you know I'll be there
You name the time you know I'll be there
I'll go anywhere, So I'll see you there

I don't care if you don't mind
I'll be there not far behind
I will dare, Keep in mind
I'll be there for you

When there's a truth,
you know I'll be there
Amongst the lies,
you know I'll be there
I'll go anywhere,
So I'll see you there

I don't care if you don't mind
I'll be there not far behind
I will dare, Keep in mind
I'll be there for you

(alright)

If you should fall, you know I'll be there
To catch the call, you know I'll be there
I'll go anywhere, So I'll see you there

I don't care if you don't mind
I'll be there not far behind
I will dare, Keep in mind
I don't care
I’ll be there for you
I’ll be there for you
I’ll be there for you

Oh my word talk about hysterical uncontrollable laughter.....

My son started playing runescape last night...which he has been playing for a couple of years now...so I says to him....bout time you finished that game isn't it...whats the matter ....bit slow aren't you! this was just a taking the mickey remark coz usually whenever he bought games for his games console he would be finished em in two days....anyway so he says to me "oh well actually I am doing really well...look"

So here is me expecting oh he must be a top 10 player or something!

"Look at this" he says all proud....

274,956th place

Well you probably had to have been there, and been watching Lenny Henry and Qi beforehand, so already be in a laughing mood..

but oh my word....I haven't had 20 minute hysterics like that in a long time!

Moving on....

Cheese101....YAY just noticed DT are doing Wembly....book my tickets later...thanks for looking at the picture...yep getting quite a collection and tons more to do!

donnie_darko - Afraid I can't be doing jazz....having said that I am sure if Pablo did some I would probably love it! Look forward to hearing your work!

And yeah it is a whole new world of emotions and all sorts when we listen to music!

Jeremywills - hey....yay....glad your friend liked the picture....don't forget I wanna see what it looks like in the frame...get snapping!

mag14 - hahaha that was funny!

njbeast - What wrong with me? Well now thats a very complex question....but probably the best answer is to say I am an emotional girl who gets attached to people, I got a problem at home I am dealing with and generally I am a gullable loving idiot!!!!!

On a lighter note....I am soooo glad I got you on my ipod....your songs are fantastic!!!!

mowlie2000 - wheree are those paul photos!

Where on earth is SteveeT?

Where are a lot of people come to that.....

Calling all you ex regulars....come on we miss you!

Kayla - Move on girly....I know exactly where you are coming from and how ya feel...really! Birght and bubbly now...
