hi joe just wanted to let you know that you have inspired my 15 year old son to play. he's been taking lessons for 2 yrs. two weeks ago was his first music recital and he chose to play crowd chant. he did a really good job. he also likes to draw and was put into an advanced art class. one of his projects was to make a cd cover and he made you surfing with the alien. it was great. i would love to send it to you if at all possible. we went to see you in boston, the show was great. by the way we just got a puppy and guess what my son named him. you're right Satch! well loved writing to you, talk soon. just wanted to say Hi Joe and let you know how my son is doing. he really loves your music and is always trying to play them. he is doing really well for someone only taking lessons for 2 years..when he is in his room playing, i can't believe that i know which song he is playing. he is trying to learn surfing with the alien but he knows Ten Words which is my favorite. i must say i am really proud of him. by the way he is 15 years old. well, i hope all is well with you and i would love to hear from you!! thanks for the beautiful music!!! talk soon!

On another note, my son Gary is doing very well learning to play the guitar. He is in a band now and they have been asked to play in a teen night show. He loves trying to play your music.
