Webmaster, the new colour scheme is perfect. Thanks for fixing it. Can you change it so that most recent posts are displayed first, like the old T2J? Other then that, it's great.

Joe, what ever happened to T Ride? I saw them open for you on the Extremist tour and was blown away. Their CD is still one of my favorites. You always introduce me to the coolest stuff. You taught Jeff Tyson right? Do you still keep in touch with Charlie Hunter? That dude rawks too.

Hey TTJ peeps, I just got awesome tix for Pompano Beach, Florida and Toronto. I'm going to try and see the Clearwater show as well. It's good to be a Joe/King's X fan.

Joe, I was just messing around with Memories. You should get up on stage when Dave Matthews is playing Warehouse and segue into Memories. They sound similar. See you in Toronto and Florida. RAWK!!

I can't find SMB anywhere. I checked HMV, Sunrise and Sams all in downtown Toronto. Piss me off. The HMV site has SMB as being released sometime in September. Anyone in Toronto have any luck finding it?

Finster, get over it man. What decade do you live in? There aren't many shows at Molson Amphitheater that will cost you under $50. I got section 102 row M for about $55 and it will be worth every penny. I also paid $96 (cdn) for tix for the Pompano Beach show. No worries about the cd. HMV has it listed as September 9th, but it is actually July 9th.

JS Clone 1, Finster and all others from Toronto, we should do a road trip to Buffalo to get the new cd right away. If you want a good place to buy the Japanese version of SMB, check out www.cdjapan.co.jp

JSClone1, if you look around on the cdjapan site, you will find the new Paul Gilbert cd "Burning Organ" for the same price. I'm going to order both.

Clones,

How is it you guys always get such prime tix? I was camping out at the ticketmaster site and the best I could do was 13th row center. See you there guys.

Joe, I'm really glad to see that you are pulling some of the more obscure songs out of your hat for the tour. I hope you will do the same for the North American tour. Headless, Crushing, etc... I can't wait for Toronto and Florida.

Web master,

Talk to Joe is great, but you need to modify the site so that you can skip directly to recently posted messages. Every time I view the the site from a new computer (and I come to the site from about 10 different machines), it is a total nightmare getting to the latest posts. And yes, I do mark the posts a "read". Thanks in advance. BTW, other then this issue, I LOVE the new site.

Everybody please go to Major Tom's dumbass web-site and vote for Joe so that he can get page-hits and make money from advertisers. If Joe is number 1 on this Dutch poll, then Joe will attain the coveted "number-one guitarist on Major Tom's lame web-site" prize. Freak.

Later, Jay

You guys should check out www.mysongbook.com. There is some French guy that has done some really amazing transcriptions of Oriental Melody, Mindstorm and Sleepwalk. If you are on this site: Thanks man!

I'm in section C row 14 at Pompano Beach and section 102 Row M at Toronto. Anybody else close to me? Joe and King's X twice in one month. Welcome to the Groove Machine.

I'm glad to see most of you are loving King's X. I love this band more and more with each passing year. I love their solo stuff too. My dream tour: Satch, King's X, Racer X

JS Clone1: I will try and say hi this time. I've spotted you the past two shows, but felt weird about going up to strangers. I'm taking a vacation in Florida starting Wednesday. I already have tix for Pompano, but I might try to hit the HOB show in Orlando as well. It will depend on my travelling companions.

As for PG, Mr. Big is defunct and Richie Kotzen replaced Paul years ago. Paul is in the process of recording a new RX album for Christmas release. Jeff Martin actually met Satch a few weeks ago at the Deep Purple gig and gave him a CD in case Satch is ever in need of a drummer. For me, that would be cool. I just have to support everything those guys do. Also, check out Epidemic, Bruce Boulliet's new band. It's a departure from shred, but there's some ok stuff on there. It's too bad RX only tours Japan. The Japanese seem to have a better appreciation of "musician's music" then North Americans do. See you at the show.

Joe, where's the all star jam? Doug on bass and vocals, Mike on drums, Ty on vocals and guitar and Joe and John on guitar. That would smoke.

Has anyone heard Jughead? I'm wondering what it's like. It's consists of Ty Tabor, Derek Sherinain and the Bissonette bros.

Two more sleeps 'til Joe in Florida. Joe, you RAWK.

I just tried out a bunch of Gibsons and Epiphones. Maybe it's just because I'm used to Ibanez, but I just don't like the feel of them. The only guitar in the whole place that I was comfortable with was an JEM555. Although the PRS and Godins had a nice vibe about them...

Anybody that lives in Toronto, stay away from Long and McQuade when it comes to repairs. I asked the guy for ball park prices on fret work and he gave me nothing but attitude. Pr*ck. I'll never set foot in that store again.

death cube - thanks for the advice. I'm pist enough to at least send an e-mail. I've heard some good things about Godins. It's a Canadian company right? I'm from TO. I'd never buy one anyway cause they look a little out there for me.

2TT - I'd love a PRS. They look and play so pretty and I love their balance. I'm just a hobby guitarist, so I could never justify spending $3K (CDN) on a guitar. I've wanted a change from Ibanez for awhile, but I can't find anything I lke better. Anybody play ESPs? I've been thinking about that as an option. I've never tried them.
