The best way to master is record at maximum levels on your recording software and/or recording workstation. Then that way you don't have to over-boost on your mastering, just barely give a raise in levels.
The Alesis MasterLink is the best stand-alone mastering tool on the market and allows loudness (but never too loud) without over compression on dynamics.

Hey Keniko, yeah Sarasota isn't too terribly far, think a few hrs drive. It is raining here in FL daily now, crazy.
It sure was interesting to see Joe commenting about the Crystal Planet tones the other day. That is one of the best sounding CD's for tone, I love it.

Cool Keniko, that sounds awesome. Great descriptions on the amp actually.
I sure like the new tones he's getting with it, i'm sure it is amazing.
I really like the raw rock tones, sounds kinda like ACDC meets ZZ Top on several rhythm tones.
