I'm based out of Vancouver BC and have been following your career since the late 80's as a devotee to your style of play.

Last weekend I was at the Long & McQuade music center and I stumbled upon a Brand new black pearl JS1000 that had been signed by you. The staff at L&M told me a back-story that you were in town doing some engineering on the new album (black swans) recently and borrowed the guitar for three weeks.

It's an amazing story and I was wondering if you can validate it? The guitar is signed on the back of the headstock and on the top cut away on the body.

Hi turbo236 (Ian) - the guitar is no longer for sale. I bought it about 90 seconds after having it handed to me and plugging into for a test drive....it's amazing.

Any assistance you can provide on validating this is appreciated. I'll send you some photos of it if you'd like a closer look.
