Hey Joe, I don't know if you got my last message, but I a am disabled NYC Paramedic from the attacks on the WTC. It is taking every bit of my pride to ask you for this during this holiday season. I was severlely injured and sicked at the site. I broke my humurus, tore both rotator cuffs, and hernated 2 discs in my lower back. I broke my arm and tore my rotator cuffs trying to keep the weight og thr girgers off my partners chest but to no avail. He oassed away in my arms. Now I have the beginnings if emphysema and PTSD and on September 14 of this year I suffereed a massive heart attack which should hve killed me. I have been a die hard fan of yours for as long as I can remember and always turn my friends onto you r music. Music is my life Joe. AS my illnesses got wosre. my wife left me stating she couldnt see me deteriorate anymoe and the worst part was she sold my JS1200 to pay for the lawyer bills right onder my nose. Playing guitar for me brings me peace and solitude to help me foget, even if just for a few minutes ata time. I am on permanentl disability and forfeited my money to the families who;s loved ones diddnt come me that day. All 383 fire, police. EMS, and PAPD officers bjut they stillgave me my medical benefits, I figure the kids couilf use the money fir school and remenber what kind of heros's their parents were. I have been called hero bujt I reserve that title for the mwn an women who diddndt come home to thier families. I dont know how muc time I have left but if I had one wish, AND only one it would be one of your beautiful signature guitars so I can pit a smile on my fave and remember tou as the most gererous, kind ansd ridiculously talented guiyar player. I already told myy momif you sould help me I want to be burried with id so I van rock the heavens. Thanks Joe amd I will be forever in you debt. Dear Joe, My name is Matt Crimmins and I am a lifelong fan of yours. I have every album you have ever put out. My dilemma is I sm a sick and injured Paramedic from 9/11. My partner passed away that day and I sold my Ibanez JS1000 so I could donate the money to his 5 year old daughters college fund. It took me over 3 years to save for that guitar and now I'm on perm disability due to emphysema from the debris down there, extensive nerve damage to my shoulder, PTSD, depression, and survivors guilt. I also suffered a massive heart attack on the 10th anniversary. I also forfeited my Zadroga act that now the money that was going to me will go to his daughter. Is there anyway you can find it in your heart to replace the one thing in my life that brought me any kind of happiness. When I play, especially your music it puts me at peace. Please Mr. Satriani, I am not a fraud and woukd gladly show u my medical records. You woukd make this medic the happiest person on the face of the earth. Thanks for reading this and I sincerely hope you can help me where no one else can. Love and Respect for the greatest guitarist who ever lived. Sincerely and Respectfully, Matt Crimmins 50 Garfield Ave Sayville, NY 11782 631-218-8555 Mc911medic@aol.com God bless you Joe and keep the stellar music coming. Take care my friend.

Dear Joe, my name is Matt Crimmins and I am a disabled Paramedic from the WTC. I have suffered 2 major heart attacks, emphysema. PTSD, depression and live on $200 a month in food stamps. I only have 42% heart muscle left and my days are numbered. I have been a fan if yours since I was 16 and now I probably won't make it till 45 and I'm 42 now. I was in the midst of saving for my dream guitar when I went into work that day. Now my money goes to bills to keep a roof over my head. I am in no way a scammer, just a medic that did his job snd got very I'll. The guitar I was saving for was your JS 1000 and was wondering if u could find it in your heart to make my last days as happy as possible and when I do pass I want to be burried with it since at least when I get to heaven I have something to play. I also lost 13 close friends that day so music is all I have. Please Joe , help me out and make me the happiest man on the planet. Resoectfully, Matt Crimmins 50 Garfield Ave Sayville, NY 11782 1-631-218-8555 Mc911medic@ aol.com God Bless you Joe. Your music keeps me going.

P.S. Joe, In my 20+ years on an ambulance whether on duty or not I have never turned my back on someone in need whether it be running into a burning building, the WTC, or a car crash that was in fire. You are my idol Joe and I just hope you can make my last dream come true because if you can find it in your heart to send me the guitar if my dreams ( I'm in permanent disability ) so there is no way to afford it, I told my parents when I pass away to bury it with me. Thanks Joe, you ARE the greatest guitarist on earth . God Bless. Dear Joe, My name is Matt Crimmins and I am a disabled 9/11 WTC vet. I was a paramedic on that day and was badly injured both physically and emotionally that day. The worst part being my partner and best friend passed away in my arms, I sustained a fractured humurus that crushed my brachial nerve in my left shoulder and have been going through PT ever since. While pulling my friend out of the rubble I also herniated a disc in my back but I still pulled him to safety but to no avail. Now I have the beginnings of emphysema and suffered a massive heart attack due to breating in all the debris..which my mom is slowly passing away due to extensive heart problems. I recieve $200 a month for food and $180 cash for bills so I cannot afford another JS1000.. Music is my life Joe and i saved for over a year for that stellar guitar and I diont know how much time I have left. I only have 45% of my heart muscle left and am scheduled for a defibrilator later this month. I have dedcated 20+ years of my life helping people and saving lives. and it is taking every bit of my pride to ask you, my idol, for help in obtaining another JS1000 so I can enjoy waht time I have left. Please Joe help my dream come true so I can pass a happy man who will be burried with his favorite guiutar, Thank you for your time and considderation. In my book your the best guitarist who ever lived. Dear Mr. Satriani, My name is Matt Crimmins and I am a huge fan since the 80's. I just want you to know you are by far, in my opinion, the best guitarist on the planet. Iam writing you this letter to see if if you can help me. I was a NYC Paramedic on the attacks on the WTC on 9/11/01 and sustained serious injuries. On that day I herniated discs in my back pulling fireman to safety and worked the bucket brigade tring to save survivors, unfortunately, there was no one left to save. Every since my rescue efforts I have lost 343 close friends and brothers on that terrible day and have developed really bad Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. On top of that, from my time on the "pile' I have had a massive heart attack leaving only 45% of my heart muscle left. I also sustaned herniated discs and nerve damage to my left shoulder. On that day. at the last minute i rushed into helping people and forget I left my Black JS 1000 in the trrunk which was looted along with my car getting trashed. Music is all I have and my guitar was all I had left to try to cope with the pain. Shortly thereafter, my mom dropped od a massive heart attack requiring 6 bypass surgeries and 6 mothes after that, at 38 my sister had cardiac arrest resulting in slight brain damage, then I went down trying to work full time and take care of them. I would like to know if you could find it in your heart to help one of your biggest fans have some joy in his life before my days are over. MYultimate rig, and I'm not being selfish would be the master JS1000 guitar and maybe a JSX COMBO so I can live the rest of my life in peace and when I get a few minutes here and there to play between taking care of my family, words could not explain the gratitute and thanks I would feel for you. I know you have a family and you can imagine what Im going through. Please Mr. Satriani. Ive been a fan forever and can use some help to get me through my last years of life. Thank You with all my heart. Sincerely and respectfully Matt Crimmins : NYS/NYC Disabled Paramedic 9/11 WTC Attacks 50 Garfield Ave Sayville, NY 11782 631-218-8555 Mc911medic@aol.com

Dear Mr.Satriani, My name is matt crimmins and I am a physically and emotionally i njured vet from the WTC attacks. This is not a scam and I have proof of medical records should you ask for them. I was a NYC Paramedic for 20+ years up until that day. I was actually off that day but when the first plane hit, I grabbed my gear and headed in.not caring about my own safety. I had lives to save.. As I arrived at what we called the "pile" i was blown away by the death and destruction. I was trained to help people but most everyone had aleady passed away. That hit me really hard resulting in me having PTSD and nightmares nightly.I stayed for hours if not days dogging with my bare hands and 50 gallon buckets. Then things got even worse. I suffered a massive heart attack which killed 45% of my heart muscle and have emphysema now. I also reaggravated a herniated disc in my back and while diggging for survivors, I snapped my humujrus ans severered a nerve in my arm yhet I kept on digging. My wife at he time was 3 months pregnant with my first son ans she miscarried and blamed it on me for keeping on returning to the site to search for survivors. I was devastated. I had benn saving for my one wish in life, besides my son. A Joe Satriani JS1000 guitar. I had to sell all of my equipment fir co pays and heart medication but now its out of reach. Playing music and listening to music is great therapy to me. It helps me cope with the loss of my unborn son and friends and co-workers I lost that day. That is why Im begging you Mr. Satriani to help me get the guitar of my dreams. You have no idea the emotional help a gift of that caliber would help me. I have nothing. My mom just went through 6 cardiac bypasses and my 39 year old sister went into cardiac arrest and has residual brain injury and I am on permanent disability so there is no way I could ever afford the JS1000 guitar of my dreams. It would mean the world to me if someone of your caliber would help just an ordinary medic who did his job the best I could and when I finally do pass away, I will be buried with it. Thank you for your time and cinsideration. Sincerely and Respectfully, Matt Crimmins; NYC/NYS REMAC Paramedic Disabled NYC ID# 6533 NYS ID# 174277 50 Garfield Ave. Sayville. NY 11782 MC911MEDIC@AOL.COM 631-218-8555 Please help me Mr. Satriani.

Dear Joe, I am writing you this e-mail in the hope you can help a disabled 9/11 Paramedic injured both physically and emotionally, sort of like a make a wish. I was off that day but when the planes hit, I grabbed my gear and headed in. I suffered great physical and emotional damage that day losing my best friend and partner, along with 11 other co-workers. I saved as many people as I could but put my own safety on the back burner. Now I have the beginnings of emphysema, PTSD, panic and anxiety, herniated discs in my back and last year sufferered a massive heart attack leaving me with only 45% of my heart muscle left. I have been a fan of yours for as long as I can remember and was hoping you could help me with 1 last dying wish. I was married but my wife left me because she couldnt handle watching me fade away slowly. She took everything from me Joe. I had to sell all of my guitars and guitar equipment to pay for my attorney and my meds to keep me alive. Music and playing music is my life and now I have nothing. I was in the process of saving for your JS1000, my dream guitar, but had to spend that also on my medications. Is there anyway you can make a charitable donation to this disabled medic to make my last days as enjoyable as can be? Music is my life and when I play it allows me to forget, even if just for an hour at a time the horror and carnage I witnessed, especially losing so many close friends. It is taking every bit of my pride to ask you for such an awesome guitar but it will help me get through my last few years if I last that long and when I do pass I will be buried with it. Thank you for your time and consideration and most of all the music you've shared for the masses over the years. So please Mr. Satriani, make my last wish come true. Sincerely and with the utmost respect, Matt Crimmins; NYC/NYS REMAC Paramedic, Disabled NYC ID# 6533 NYS ID# 174277 50 Garfield Ave. Sayville, NY 11782 631-218-8555 Mc911medic@aol.com Thank you and God Bless P.S. if there is any doubt as to my story, I will gladly provide you with any proof you need. I just want to be happy with the one guitar I've always wanted from the idol I've strived to play like.

Dear Joe, My name is Matt Crimmins and I've been a fan of yours since before I can remember and your the reason I started playing guitar. I don't want to come off as some greedy person but I'm a vet of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on NYC and my health is failing fast. I even have proof should you not believe me. I contacted one of your people to see if you could make a donation to me so I can die happy and be burried with one if your guitars. He told me he'd speak to you to see what he could do buys its been over a year. My dream guitar you play is the black JS 1000. If you could find it in your heart to send me one to bring to heaven, words couldn't explain the gratitude I woukd feel. If not, your still my idol and the best guitarist on the planet. I suffered a major heart attack, emphysema, and numerous broken bones digging my friends out so if you can help me with this one last wish, you would make my life complete.
