QUANTUM- no not a psychology major...i haven't declared a major but my UNofficial major is "alcohol & other drug studies"...it's alright, it's a very new course of study....san diego and san francisco are the only places in california offering the program....maybe even the US im not sure.

ETHN-...come on dude, vai was playing to the cd on that video...how lame is that? honestly? does he think his fans are dumb? a couple years ago i wanted that video for my b-day too, until someone told me about this, thats when i opted for the satch tapes....and im glad i did! i downloaded some of the videos from that tape (off the dvd), and they were horrid...just not something a top quality musician like vai should be putting out, britney spears yes, vai NO....emphatically NO. i do however hope fire strings was filmed...because THAT may be a site to see, yngwie's little orchestra video was ok, but not exciting...

CRYSTAL PLANET- get an Athlon XP man....the 1.53Ghz is on par with the 2ghz pentium 4...and for a lot less

DRAFTER37- guitar center is like a car lot...and just like a car lot they don't give a fuck about you OR the guitars or equpiment they sell, and just like a car lot they have wanker nobodies working for commission, and just like a car lot all their prices are jacked sky high even on beat to shit gear.... "hey that 90' ford escort has 685,000 miles on it, i'll give you $600 for it"...."absolutly not, it's already $400 off"...the parallels are so striking it's downright scary. their once a year sales where they have special people on lists or whatever....you get a postcard in the mail etc and its called "the list", thats just an excuse to sell everything at normal price.... i WOULD NEVER and WILL never buy shit at guitar center, and i WOULD NEVER and WILL NEVER reccomend anyone buy so much as a pick at one of their punkass stores....

NEW YORK (Variety) - Radio programming giant Premiere Radio Networks said Tuesday it will cease production on 15 of its underperforming radio series, including the long-running "Rockline," and lay off roughly 100 employees
affiliated with the shows.
The layoffs represent about 11% of Premiere's 900-strong staff.
"It's important for us to continually review and evaluate the relevancy of our products and services to audiences and advertisers in order to remain competitive and profitable," said Premiere president and operating chief Kraig T. Kitchin.
Along with "Rockline," in which fans called in questions to rock stars in the studio, other shows affected include "American Top 40 Flashback: The '80s,"
"Audio Timeline," "Jim Cramer's Real Money," "Noise Generator" and "Incredible Country," among others.
"Rockline" was one of the Clear Channel-owned company's longest running programs, logging two decades on the air with host Bob Coburn.

AVARICE- i owned one also....for about 48 hours, i returned it to guitar center and got my $670 back...no way is that guitar worth that, it feels like it's made out of balsa wood and foam....but i did get a free gig bag out of it, i asked them if they'd throw one in since the fuckin thing was that much $$$, the dude said flat out "no" so i said fuck it, took the tags off the bag threw the guitar in and paid for the guitar and left....i still have the bag...baa baa...baaa

off to phoenix this morning... i watched that movie "final destination" a couple days ago so it's not a good time for me to be getting on planes and shit...everyone cross your fingers in hopes that it stays in the air in one piece....i need a few, to outweigh my critics who are now in the process of reciting spells and shit hoping it goes down like an altar boy....ill see YOU later.

joe's next album should either be named Synesthesia or Chromaesthesia.... the ability to see sound as color....for many people this is what joes music does.
Synesthesia is divided into two categories, Two Sensory and Multiple Sensory. woohoo Ya Yo scored today! got a new viewsonic 18" flatpanel LCD monitor for $180.... list price is $1,199, sell price is $700....it uh...cough cough fell off the truck....
my mom's boyfriend's birthday was yesterday, we bought him a JS100 (red), since he really liked the one i had for a short period, he wanted a 7 string but the only ibanez's they (punk ass guitar center) had were a retarded les paul wannabee, a cheap $279 clump of cheapness, and the korn 7 string which was $1200 or so....oh well, he digs it....
CLARKY- i cant remember the names, but they sounded quite interesting....

ARTANIS- naaa....sure it's a federal offense, but they got those machines at the beach and amusement parks that stretch coins into logos and crap so if thats ok then printing a URL on a bill should be, plus no federal agency is going to think joe satriani or his webmaster are out printing websites on bills...nor will they care cause when the bills make it back to washington they are burned anyways....
p.s burning money is illegal too, but uncle sam isn't gonna lift a finger if you decide to let your life savings go up in smoke...they already got their cut, once again they dont care

TRUTINA- haha, i doubt any satchers will come across any satch bills...unless more of us are doing it, simply not many bills that are gonna make it from san diego to other states etc... hopefully this will spread, but maybe i have started something new eh? maybe someone's gonna see satriani.com on the back of a bill and companies are gonna start doing this? that would suck....
