Made Of Tears is the sad track to the album that comes up somewhat melancholy and positive. Down-tempo and legato, there are up moments to this emotional piece. An understanding of sadness with out the depresion. Theme for a Strange World reminds the listener the Journey Joe has for us and brings us to a forte' of happiness with this developing jam. Plenty of rises and falls expertly manipulated to re-energize. Movin' On is reminisent of "Always with You/ Always with Me. A lilting almost lullaby type of song with tons of elation built in to tug the heart-string of any fan. Crowd Chant (originally "party on the Enterprize" ) Tops the fun list and completes the album with a call and respose from some (Canadian) Vocalists as the "crowd." Expert work for these guys to match Joe's Guitar riffs!!! This one will end up being a mass sing-a-long anytime Joe wips this one out. Crowd Chant is a better name for the song, IMHO, {b]Joe. MariMariSRV: Did you get the photo of Joe and My Guitar I sent you? MichelleI'm sorry you feel defensive here. The expensive ticket pachages are for the well intended die-hard fan to get a hand shake from Joe and maybe the rest for the band.....yes....for those who can afford it.......no skin off the poorer fans I've seen or experienced. Good luck to any one getting to go to a Joe concert! Hope you get a chance & T2Jer's to see and hear Joe and be at a concert near you. JOE: I also hope my review does not get lost in the vacuum

DCK:"Super Colossal" is worth it! Joe has a real grove going and it pays homage to the more ballad side in the middle of the album. Anthems all. You will love crowd chant!!!!

DCK:Here is the review of "ECHO"! Kermheat's fahrbot slams the ear right into submision with a tight tough track. Your attention is piqued right at the start with a "foriegn" voice uttering in the background. Wild guitar riffs and bass chording fill the bill. Even a sence of humer could be attributed to this track. Right into Mark London's "Plight of the Cosmos." A tasty mix of bouncing bass and speed guitar flys the listener to the outer reaches of outworldly playing. Recognizable motorcycle sounds intermixed (probably done on the guitar!) with keyboard chords sustaining into a guitartalking extravgaza! Aarren mowlie's 'Blowout" rocks us back to earth with the bluesy vocal. better than UFO, and likend to "Megadeath", I like this track way better than the more comercial cuts like it. Joe, Needa vocalist? The production on this album must be commended. Simon Daultryey's cut, "The Jester" reminds me of the many hours I've personally spent putting down tracks to simul-sync tape. A great personality emerges in this jam. Excellent guitar work that keep the listener interested. "Evolving Twilight" wha-wha's in with Nick Wood's instalment. A introspective tune with multipul voicing that run the fans emotional landscape to many diferent changes and feelings. A well done peice that has lots of legato playing. Paul Arciprentino's "dreamscape" is just that. A dreamscape of chrd changes similar to one's used by the greats, all for his use as a backdrop for wonderful guitar soloing. Dual guitar runs and riffing abound in the context of this great song. Track seven slows abit and give the listener a chance to wonder and dream. "Spanish Zenfish" is a modern classical guitar number expertly place on the album. Pride is the word I use when listening or speaking of the cut from Roy Marchbank & Fred Bau. Emotion and texture are used to lull the heartstrings of the fan. Dave Watkinson's "Essi" comes in like a lost movie theme from a thriller sci-fi movie. Powerful guitar juxtapostion and sonic cresendo's mark this cut. Excellent guitar work with the bass keys.

Echo:Review cont........ "I can't Fly" voices in a new take on the album. Julien Omeyer's track has humor and a wonderment to it with the glissando's and haunting guitar tracks and vocals. An awsome addition to the t2j family. Chris Carson's song "Shadows" continues the movie theme sound to start then move to a all out jam. Despite the name of the song...nothing is left to wonder about the quality of his playing. These artist appear on here because the show a profesional vibe. Nice use of upper order harmonics much like the industry demands from a guitar player in the 21st century. Paul Ayres acoustic style "Autumn Skies gives the listener a nice respite. Happy and delicate guitar melodies interposed with loving care and harmony. beautiful does not accuratly describe the number. Shifting to a latin feel to rock guitar, this song remides me of the fun it is to listen to Vai, and Joe. Steve Trott with "Starwind" shows a handsome face to his playing. The guitar swells and rising harmonics pull us back to a fun jam with plenty of key changes.

ECHO: Review cont...... Track 13 "What do I do?" Comes back with a octave divided tune that uses a decending scale to bring a rising feel to a guitar jam with moxie. Plenty of "moments" in this one from Steven Rosner. Alexandre Caetano brings us " landscape in a wild state," a signature guitar anthum song with a choppy rhythm and emotionally uplifting legato style. Stefan Ek rocks back with harmonically charged benguine like blues rocker called "Desert Sky blues" Excellent bass and guitar styling from this player. Plenty of "moments" here as well.Neil morgan pops in with a fun song, "Changes." I can hear old Jazz stations playing this cut late nights any time. Jazzy and tight, but legato enough to keep all rockers interest. "Through the Clowds" is reminsent of "Surfing" with a difference. This one's more an anthum and has a decidedly intentional feel to it. An excellent choice to end the album as this cut seem to sum up- or answer the work of the rest of the cuts on the album. One would hope, though, that Sami Vitsalo would have this as a first cut on his own album soon. Randell Mulligan, ibanezplyr....reviewer.

OVATION 1: Now we just have to find out if'in' he's into Stargate. Love those gilberto links....keep'em coming. Satriella: I don't think my review made you like the songs....just listening to them again made them grow on you. Joe's album does that too. Try ABOVETHENUMBERS.COM: for an independant artist view of music. It'll grow on you. Our digital downloads have tripled our sales! That's good for an indie. The first two tracks of the first album "Morning light" were to attract a "soundtrack" audience. A garage bandtune by both of us, and a keyboard solo by Steven Wilde. The rest are ballads, and strange voicings. All the rest are guitar heavy. Thanks if'in' you give it a try. DCK: I'm sending the Joe photo to you at your email addy. Enjoy. Randell

Satriella:Don't sweat it satch-girl! Our second album, Wilde World, might have a couple of songs on it you'll like. Mike=ovation 1 likes "Benediction" for the arppegio show case it is. Our third album, One Step, is a tribute to the stylings of the man in black, Johnny Cash. OVATION 1: You got that right. Viva trek. Work has been great but busy. Tomorrow I get to open. JOE:I hope your getting enough fun/rest as you tour. Did you want a copy of the Sptizers photo? When you do, you can email me or maybe just get it from Jon. I know Iceman2 liked having one for his photo collection. Bahdah:I hope you and family have been having better times. Steven says "Hi" and wishes he had a better way to get his mail. MarimariSRV has also had trouble getting mail to him. I can only wonder why the post office there sucks so bad. KTF

Check out AboveTheNumbers.com Just like this. Just be sure that your "Url" is a good one and it'll all work. It took me quite a while to get all the spaces and symbols right. Good luck. take your time. It's worth it, and it get easier the more you do it. Oh, if'in' it messes up you can just click "edit" and look for what to fix. Make sure that if you start something with brackets, it has the ending brackets on the other end no matter how much is there. GOTTAHAVEJOE: I was hoping you'd like that shot. OPCS470:Chris. It sounds like you have "intermodulation" between your amp and your recording pre-amp. Are you using a direct box? Most of the time I would use a power soak here between. Do you have a headphone out from a JSX? The capaciters seem to store up frequencys? If'in' none of htat works, try mic-ing? Best of luck, and no doubt that some one else here on T2J has an answer. That's my best guess. P.S. I'm sending you the pic of Joe from Spitzers music. Enjoy. Randell KTF
