JOE: While at my friends house-Patrick- I got to hear a older carvin amp/1/2stack he has borrowed for a while. Not like your signature amp, but clean hum less amp with great channel switching. I'm beginning to really like my GK 250. I am registered for the Vai guitar givaway. I would love a Jem, even with the artist you took a picture with! T2Jers:Thanks for all the cool comments on my axe! Blessings to all of you. Good luck with getting tixs and getting to concerts! Check out ECHO and even AboveTheNumbers.com.

ICEMAN 2: I agree with you about JOE. I had thought that we-T2Jers- had decided that all these guitar players can only be "The best of themselves!!!" Each one has a "Touch" to thier playing. As far as this guitar player blowing that one away.....Each one sets up the Talent for each song "IN The CONTEXT Of The Song!" If all guitarist did nothing but burn...it'd get kinda boring. That's why JOE,Vai, Luthiker,Morse,Shenker,Marino,Beck,Gambale', Gilbert,Springfield,Lifeson,Vincent,Bataio,Page,Freidman, Hetfield,Hamett,Taybor,Collin,Becker,ETC.......I'm sure you get the Idea......appeal to us all....Because of the differences in the emotional content of thier work! Rock on. KTF

JOE:I tried to download that pic of US on your "My Space" but it was too big. 4 hours later.......... I gave up. I hope you get some icyhot for your hand. It seem to work for me. Now people can tell just how tough those "Signing" days are. Plus how hard you work for us each and every concert!!! Salute' !! Be safe out there. KTF Randell

I did get to see him last year with MARI, Thanks Mari! That Vagas show was the best! Not that Joe pulls punches. "Crazy" is my fave live of his.JOE: Kayla is going "Crazy." Be safe out there! Bahduh: No problem Mark. I can't get to Steven as much anymore because of Gas, and work. I have not been on T2J for a while because we are rolling out new software at work. It'll be a few weeks before we all learn the quwerks of the system. I also got ahold of Buzzy Linhart and talked with him about ATN's digital sales. Buzz is doing better and still suffers from cronic arthritis, but he sounded quite happy on the phone. He's informed about Steven, him knowing his(Steven's) Mom, Helen. I caught him up on doings with ATN. JOE: Buzzy Says "HI." He's still in Berkeley CA. I told Him "Hi' from you! ICEMAN 2: Joe is an inspiration and a phenomonon. (sp) Thanks for being out there so long Joe! I'm sure he thinks were a phenomonon(sp) to him as well. Just read some of the posts here. KTF

Bahduh: Hey Mark! I sent you an e-mail about ATN and Steven. I hope I explained the things you wanted to know. Try not to be depressed about the info. Steven's a survivor(sp). New music may be up on our links on ATN. Check the bottom of each album page for links to other songs. GOTTAHAVEJOE: Kayla! be quite carefull with your "Paws" when doing new routines on/for the guitar. Do strech out your fingers first, and when your hands start to hurt, give'em a break. I use flexall 454 when I get too aggressive with my practices. Ice can help. Try not to go into a practice session "Cold." Rub your tendons from the wrist to the spaces between your fingers "Gently" between the tendons for a minute or so. Try before and after if needed. Good luck, and remember, if'in' your tense emotionally, you will be physically. KTF Randell

GOTTAHAVEJOE: Kayla, you take care of your arm! Some of those stretches for guitar are painfull. Take the practices like that for short periods. Steven has small hands and he found a way to play two-handed tap with his one small hand! That's why he sounds like Beck/Vai. I have really big hands and I can stretch. I still do two-hand tap, but I ammend it with my "Pick Slide" technique. Sort-of Van Halen meets Schon. (SP) Keep in mind while your learning new stuff for the guitar, the times you rest, you mind works out all the details. So.....rest is very important! I have had passages i've wanted to learn....worked on them all day ...with out success....and then after a breather....there it is! Check out some of the cool links to guitar knowledge here by other t2jers! Good stuff folks. JOE: I just found some cool picks of you with your chrome-boy and in red stripes! And one of you with your new 7-string. Awsome tour this year...and you just got started! Break a leg out there! Randell KTF

MATT KING: Congrats! Way to go King-man! eyezz9:JOE doesn't use wireless. At all times you'll see him with a cable. Just one less thing to go wrong. No battereys to go out. If'in Joe does use one....telex?, Nady?, who knows, Jon? Bahduh, OVATION 1,DCK,Spizazz, ETC,: I got to jam with Steven the other day. It was a great practice! We came up with some cool ideas for the next round of songs just off that jam alone. It is tougher to get things going, but the future is looking much more positive. KTF

Gotta Have Joe: Try picking with your right hand on an open string as fast as possible in a oval. "Shredding"- can be demistifyed by right hand speed. then move to using an open string and one fretted note.....and so on. Try to make it smooth as you go. You can add the left hand and practice sweeps later. Check http://www.rockhousemethod.com for even more practice techniques. Also try it on the upstroke-to start, then on the down-stroke. Matt King: Hey Matt! I was sorry to hear that course of evolution is not working full time together. Steven and I have slowed a bit too with gas at $ 3:50 a gal! If'in' I were in brick....I'd be there in a minute! DCK: Steven and I are planning a new disc with "Passions of paradice" and a few select other tunes on it. I'll send you a copy if'in' you'd like, when I get it done, of course. Randell

You'll gain a "Bag of tricks" to use in any situation. T2Jers have some great advice here. Using a metronome really helps. Rock on girl! randell

JOE SATRIANI: ATN's digital sales have gone to the cosmos! We've sold twice as much as last month, this month! We're not catching up on you....yet. Iceman2: Joe has a vib' that resonates with many of us/all of T2J. I can imagine lyrics to many of Joe's songs. He plays what our hearts yearn for. GottahaveJoe: I hope you still have my photo of Joe. Every spring I get alot of women noticing my blue eyes. It must be the light from the Sun. Did any of my advice work for you? There was so many good post for you to follow. Randell KTF WEBMASTER: Any word on posting the photos from the Spitzers music signing? Thanks for all the road tour pics! Your really on the ball!

ZINC Master: Steven Wilde is alive and well....not well actually. Which is par for the course for Steven. I Jammed with him and recorded some more "virtual" tracks at his place recently and he is still coming up with some cool new stuff. Shredd of course. Thanks for asking. We are trying to go throught the "Best" of the stuff we've done as of late....to put on the web site. Our digital sales have blossomed this month and last. Almost 500 hits on just one song!!! "Rock me Gently," our only lullaby, has stepped out as the front runner. Kinda preachy, but fun enough from us. Check out AboveTheNumbers.com for more music from Steven and ...Me.

If you choke a smurf...what color does it turn? Hey T2jers. Work has been busy and crazy as of late. Just yesterday a little boy was in with his Mom, he was dressed as batman. he got anxious and started to wave his arms about. i told him,"Hey don't do that! You'll fly away and your Mom will wonder where you are." He did calm down. Mom and I had a good laugh. THanks for all the links and pic T2jers. Some I could not negotiate to listen, and some were just fun. Randell

GottahaveJoe: Check out AboveTheNumbers.com/gallery.html to see pic number "5" and get a look at the guitar I'm refering to. It now has the original pickups back on it, not the ones pictured. They are very resposive and it has a original floyd rose. Candy apple red too! Get ahold of me soon Rocker Girl. Too bad your brother doesn't see the benefits of learning together. Maybe he will in the future. Be patient if'in' you can. I was not supported either in my youth. I was not "allowed" to play lead for the first ten years of playing because my band mates thought that we would all loose our place and sound wierd. Now that I'm old, I can do what I want, and have fun doing it.!

GottahaveJoe:Kayla. it's the blond and gold one now. I'll be packaging it up and looking to send it to you today....later today. It may take a week or so. A solid little number...but it packs a punch. Kinda like you! The post office should get ahold of your family to let you know it's in...it won't fit in a p.o.box. Check out pic #7 and it's the one right in front next to the red one. I hope that is okay? We'll show up your brother yet. It is a x shape, like a reb beach model....sorta. It hs a bound ebony fret-board with Sabertooth inlay and is a 22freter. Lots o'memories for me with this one. I'll relate that story another time....someday. Randell

I don't need Kaylas personal addy, just one that UPS will accept. Thank you. GottahaveJoe: Are you listening? T2Jers can come up with great stuff. Even for a one time thing like this. No ones hopes should be dashed just because they are female, this is America! MarimariSRV will let you know, I'm just "paying it forward." KTF Randell

Happy Fathers day JOE!!! I have been afforded this distiction....even though I don't have children, and can't. GottahaveJoe: Sorry it'll take so long but I will get it done after I go to the hospital that day. Just keep practicing and creating.!!! Now you know what ATN is. I'll tell you how we got that name for the band one day. I hope you found some sounds you liked. Other T2Jers have had some fun listening to ATN stuff. Our digital sales have been pretty brisk for an Independant. Time for you to learn scales and sweeps and stuff. Also those pesky "Pinch Harmonics." I can give you insites into how/where to get those wherever you are on a string. Peace, KTF Randell p.s. Rock out at Copper mtn!!!!
