DreamTheater & Queensryche........hmmmmmmmm! I don't see the comarison either.That's like comparing a MesaBoogie to a Marshall.....Both are great amps but they sound totally different........Although I think Dream Theater is the icing on that cake.........just my opinion:)Hi Joe:)jblaze1 P.S. Lyz:Jackson Guitars are O.K. but if you want something to last,I would definately recomend a JS model Ibanez right of the bat.Or any Ibanez for that matter..A friend of mine had a Jackson & it fell apart on him in about 3 years.I have had an Ibanez 7 string for just about 9 years going strong!..practically maintenance free.There a few to choose from & they are "Lightweight" as you have specified.....Your other question:I think its called a Vguitar Synth?....It runs about 2,000 bucks.It is a complete guitar synth & processor.I saw a demonstration video on it & it blew me away!..Look into it:) jblaze1

Deathcube:I hear ya!:)...I guess all brands have good & bad ones.Just like a car.I used to have an RG Ibanez that was not too great either.Constantly fidgeting with the intonation so I sold it.On the other hand,My Universe has the same body style as the RG.No problems so far.Same thing with Bridges too.Some are flawless & some are not....lol.....:)I gotta say one thing,I have a '78 Strat & a Les Paul Standard that I was constantly replacing the Volume/tone knobs because they get scratchy after a while.The knobs on the Universe are soooooooo smooth & scratch free after 9 years.I am impressed:)............jblaze1

Anybody notice that when Joe plays Raspberry Jam live,the begining riff always sounds different than the album version...????......like he doesn't want anybody to know how he really plays it...lol....He does that with a few of his songs ........just an observation:)jblaze1

Deadpool:I play it all on the B string.It just sounds much more smooth that way.I actually play the whole riff without picking also.... FIABD live is different too................:)jblaze1

Just remember-War does not determine who wins,but who is left!....About yesterday,I don't mean to sound insensitive.No doubt it was a very terrible thing to happen but all the going on & on about September 11th was a little too much.Talk about beating a dead horse...Re-opening old wounds & rubbing salt in it......It has been going on all week long...........with no end in sight.If I hear another thing about 9/11/01,I'll go crazy!...I hate it when the media dwells on that stuff.....Time to move on.......Now,What is the air velocity of an African Swallow?...jblaze1

Get a Loaf: I am really speechless!......Thank you soooo much for the vote of trust & confidence:)....I really would love to do that for JOE.Right now I still don't have work & am getting quite desperate.Plus,I have no ties to keep me from doing that sort of work.No wife or kids.No particular career to look forward to.It would be the best thing that ever happened to me by a long shot.I was hoping that JOE would consider it seriously.Not too many people are in the position I am in now to up & go on a moments notice to do this.I can leave tommorow if I had to.Maybe we can do the Major Tom thing & hold a vote?...lol...Come on everybody!....Vote for jblaze1 to guard such priceless treasures...............Please JOE!!!!! Thanks for all the votes T2J'ers:).I was suprised to see how many so far.Maybe it will help?,Maybe it won't ? but it sure was fun doing it..lol....I took the advice of Ovation1 & Tapper5 by writting the webmaster an e-mail about my interest's.Hopefully he will let JOE know I mean business & maybe get a response.........Thanks again everyone!..........jblaze1:)
