I was listening to Malmsteen's Rising Force the other day.What struck me funny is that it states on the album credits that it was recorded on 48 tracks......It wouldn't matter even if he had a thousand tracks,it still sounds like crap!........I can't believe he said that about Joe.Some people just don't get it do they?.........HI JOE:) jblaze1

Oh yeah,I almost forgot. To those who are interested-Webmaster(jon) has replied to my e-mail about being a guitar security dude!....He was nice enough to reply & say he'll forward my message to Joe but it doesn't look good.However,I can see that it would be a little costly to hire me but it has cost Joe far more than that in stolen guitars.So everyone keep rooting for me & maybe Joe will notice all the the support for a "guitar guard"......wish me luck folks:)Thanks for the support T2J'ers....BTW, a special hello to Tomjr...........jblaze1

Hmmm.....Let me see now!....No I do not have beady eyes but they have been known to glaze over from time to time...lol...No ! I would not pick-up a guitar of Joe's & play it.What if I break it or drop it?I have my own anyway & Joe's guitars are for Joe & nobody else!....I was a security guard at a warehouse full of convicts on evening work leave.I have become used to looking at shifty eyes & klepto's.You can tell.....I am very good at keeping secrets...I could tell ya but I'd have to kill ya!..Anymore questions?..Bring 'em on!:)

Kinger:I do have a good memory.As far as memorizing serial #'s goes.Put it to you this way-I don't own a phone book because I remember them all...& I never forget a face..........Pulling a switch would be difficult to do when someone is looming over them.I will only leave my post when properly relieved to relieve myself..lol..I think I would have to invest in some Depends..lol...I am a good judge of character.That is what has kept me out of trouble all these years!...Hangin' with the wrong people can get you in a bind.I have a couple of ideas lurking in my mind about how to secure & make it very,very difficult to take any of them.The Blaze-O-Matic Snatcher Catcher!...lol...I've had to watch my stuff plenty.It has given me some solid possibilities....I would not trust anybody else to do my job......You know the old saying "When you want something done,You have to do it yourself".........jblaze1:~}

Ovation1:It sounds to me like the problem is at the shows.The Airport question is a good one though.I would have to see how many guitars he takes with him to figure it all out.I am sure they already have a system that works well.Before,Between & after the shows is the "Red Alert Zone"......Kinger:A simple motion detector put in the right place would sound an alarm if anyone got near them when they should not be.Just as a back-up mind you.Just one of many ideas:).....jblaze1

Naty:When I was a house painter in N.Y. for 15 years, I worked in private residences that were discustingly,filthy rich.Never once was I tempted to take anything."There is nothing in this world to take that I can't earn for myself!"..A simple FBI & Police record check will prove sufficient:).......I also have tons of references. Clarky:You just keep doin' what your doin'...Have you ever thought about teaching?.....party on:)....jblaze1 HI JOE

Just my opinion folks but the Carvin Legacy didn't sound nearly as good as what Stevie used on Passion & Warfare(Perfect Sound).I didn't like the Legacy sound at all on The Ultra Zone....Although one or two songs sounded o.k. but naaaaaaaaa!....Ovation1:Funny how things just turn out strange don't they?!!!....lol....Maybe he is watching more closely than we think???........Or....then again..........maybe not? jblaze1

Get a Loaf:I always use a Wah with the peddal about halfway to get the tone on" I believe" & most of the other smooth sounds he gets.Especially Rubina's Blue sky happiness.I also use a Line6 POD on the Dual Rectifier setting for the Distortion.Satch tones all over the place with that POD....Well anyway...Get used to using your Wah if you have one.I am constantly using it to get allot of the tones JOE gets on all his albums...Hope that helps???jblaze1 HI JOE!!!!

Njbeast:I had the same problem with my Solid State(of confusion)Amp cutting out while playing live or at practice.It has something to do with Power Outlets....When too many are hooked into one outlet,power has to be a constant......[Getting a cooling fan for the Amp may also solve that problem but chances are if the Amp doesn't have a cooling fan,it shouldn't need one but it can't hurt..That may help too.......Nothing but the Amp in one outlet may be the resolution........[About the Power supply noise problem:I converted to adapters with no noticable change in humming or hiss(saved me a small fortune too).In some instances,power supplies may cause a little noise but it depends on the system grounding & shielding...I have a power strip running all 6 of my floor effects except for the Amp itself.Perfectly silent even at high volumes.Although some places are worse than others.Years of experimenting with different combinations helped me come to that conclusion..Also,if you have a computer,T.V. or anything else that draws allot of power in the same room running at the same time may also have something to do with the noise problem! Fluerecent(did I spell that right?) lights are the biggy.........hope that helps:).....jblaze1
