Hey T2J, da gig went great...played 16 songs with some Satch n Vai covers. I decided to throw in Steve Stevens Top Gun theme at the last minute, and I wound up screwing up on the outro of the solo, not too many people noticed tho. Had a few of the normal blunders, but no train wrecks. Some people in the audience told me I reminded them of Hendrix and Clapton, I was just totally speechless after that :) My guest performer Lisa was great, she's such a great singer, she's a sureshot for a record deal when the time is right.

DCK I have the first 8 songs I did on video, Crush of Love, FTLOG, were the two covers and the other 6 songs were originals of mine.
Matt K Nice track, sounds like you approached this song in a completely different way from your previous tracks.

EVH I wasn't at the final VH show, but isn't smashin' the equipment a thing some bands do on the last night of touring??? I've heard some members of bands smashing up stuff on the last night of a tour, SV did have a guitar especially for smashing on certain nights :) Unleash the fokin furry!!!

I didn't listen to a lot of Pantera back in the day, but I have heard the songs like Walk and Cemetary Gates when they came out. I always liked Walk because it had that bedroom jam kind-of groove. It's so weird tho, In recent months I had been reading every Dimebag interview to hit the guitar mags, His tone in Damgeplan is amazing, he was doing new things and sounding reborn. He'll be missed. And one of these dayz I'm gonna pull off some super-high, super-sustained harmonics like on Cemetary Gates.

I'm down from the guitar foe a few days, I have a busted blood blister on mymiddle finger. I think I got too carried away with the bends.....o well, I start the first day of filming tomorrow for my first music video. Later T2J

jazzzzzzzz...make sure you've routed your signal through your pc's mixer. Click on recording side of the mixer and make sure the box is checked. I assume this may help some, I don't use Soundforge, but I figure it's all simular.

AMY LEE by asking my question I wasn't tryin to call your a liar. It's like what civgeek said, I wouldn't want anyone out there pretending to be me. I Know a lot of the bands here in AR who know you personally, and we don't want someone out there who is pretending to be "Amy" There has been several messageboards where people are pretending to be you, that's not cool.
