maritime...when I was there all you could do was make use of the "add a friend" option. There were no pictures or music clips.
The SwingDogs will be at Dee's Bar in Ely, MN tonight. So if you happen to be in the middle of absolutely nowhere later today stop in and check it out.

burly...I've only been living in Minnesota since '92. Our bass player is from Minneapolis and he's 8 years older so it's very possible he's heard of Excalibur. I'll ask him.. Our bass player's name is Darrell Shuster...does that ring a bell?

Happy St.Paddy's Day Satchland....I'm so Irish that when I get mad, it's not a short fuse, It's a button you push...BOOM ! ! I wish I was in Boston so I could go downtown, get drunk and get in a fight. Ahh the good ol' days..
wolfie....I'd go with Crown Royal. Way smoother and about the same price as Jack..
DoTheStu.....Zion National Park is another cool spot. I wish I could remember which Anasazi cliff dwelling we visited. It was almost 17 years ago. I love the southwest...wish we could go back.

DoTheStu...I think the problem is our $10 a month NetZero service. I can watch some YouTube stuff if I wait the half an hour it takes to play. Then I just replay it but have a lousy image. A lot won't play at all. And music? Forget it. Streaming music just stutters and then just quits altogether. I don't know what you mean as far as bandwidth etc...I'm just an Irish workgrunt with passable computer knowledge.
burly....I agree with you on the Trem issue. I damn near pulled my hair out trying to figure mine out. Still do occasionally. But it's worth it..

burly....Yamaha makes a decent acoustic guitar in that price range..
And just for the record....I would have shoveled horse crap (never mind pitching watermelons) for a paycheck this winter..

burly...I hear ya. A majority of kids today are basically fat and lazy. When I was a kid I would'nt get home until the street lights came on, wet up to my knees and covered in dirt and pine pitch. These days I can't even get my son to come outside sometimes. It's frustrating.
I caught Jeff Healey on my birthday about 7 or 8 years ago. I was floored. He was sitting down for the first part of it. But suddenly he leaped up mid-song, kicked his chair ten feet across the stage and when absolutely ape shit. Easily in the top three memorable shows of my life..

Can rock n' roll and Run DMC be used in the same sentence? I think I just did but you see my point. They should just call it the Record Sales Hall of Fame because if Run DMC is rock n' roll, then I'm an orthodox jewish kosher sausage maker.

burly.....The day I heard Stevie passed is etched in my mind forever. He is the basis of everything that comes out of my fingers and onto the guitar to this day. I will forever be learning new things but I will always drift back to that foundation from which it all began. It still hurts to remember his death.
