Wow, cool looking nickel, copper and gold plated guitars! The cost to have it done is more than my guitar is worth....haha. Nice alternative if you cant afford a JS-10 Chrome (like me)....Hi Joe!

Hi Joe and everyone!!! Happy Fathers Day to all the dads in here....I'll be taking my kids mini-golfing and then maybe a little fishing later on... Being a parent is tough sometimes, but its worth it when I see how much my kids love and look up to me...its a good feeling...have a great day everyone!!!

NJ BEAST.....I know how hard it is to play in front of people. At first I could'nt even look at them. Just try and remember that you are there because playing music makes YOU happy, and that the crowd is a secondary thing. And if all else fails, just try and picture everyone in the audience wearing nothing but their underwear...I know it sounds stupid but it really works. You will start laughing and next thing you know, your nervousness will disappear.....Rock on!!!!!! Hi Joe!!!

NJ BEAST....I hope it works for you, all remedies aside, it should go away in time.....I still find it hard to look at the crowd sometimes. Well, these guys I play with kind of shy away from instrumentals, they dont think anyone will like them or know who's music we are playing. But on the other hand, I turned them on to Joe's music years ago, so I've got them interested in "Devils Slide", "Satch Boogie" and "Raspberry Jam Delta V"....so far so good.....Later, Dave

Joe, I know how it is with guitars. They have an attitude all their own. You know you are always welcome to send one of those stubborn, non user-friendly guitars my way...haha. Good luck on your tour...try and get to Minneapolis next time around (maybe on a G3 tour?)......thanx....Dave

NJ BEAST, I can only offer one more solution (or two)....You can try having a couple of beers before you go on, it might settle your nerves a little (or a lot).....AVOID CAFFEINE!!! Another idea is to try wearing sunglasses, you might find it easier if no one in the audience can look you in the eyes, whereas YOU can look at anybody and they wont know it....you have the edge!!! Hope it works out for you....like I said before, eventually it will fade with time........Later, Dave

Hi Joe! I was wondering where I could score one of those sweatshirts that you are wearing on the cover of the new CD? Since the closest stop on your tour from where I am is 700+ miles, I dont anticipate getting to a show. I'm assuming that you might offer these "sweats" at your merch booth. Is there any other way I could get one? I GOTTA HAVE ONE!!! Thanks...Dave

GUITAR ART......go to www.musiciansfriend.com...there is a search bar on the top left part of the screen...type in 150171A and click "go" or "search".....I dont know why it's not in the recent issue, maybe they go by what they sell the most of....who knows? I bought one a couple of months ago and everyone is completely blown away when I use it on stage....its worth every penny! Although I've been told that I should look for an original '94 on E Bay because they supposedly sound better than the new ones....You should be aware that with the new ones there is a slight delay when the unit is turned on (only a fraction of a second), and barely noticable. It's only annoying to me when I'm tuning up, so I just turn it off...lol....Good Luck!!!

Hey everyone!! Wow...133 posts between 11pm last night and 10pm tonight....my eyes were rolling in the back of my head by the time I perused through all of them (almost all of them)....must be the SBM buzz.......TOMORROW...TOMORROW....STRANGE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC...TOMORROW...IT'S ONLY A DAY AWAY.....(who said that?) little orphan Annie? little orphan alien? hey , I'm not an orphan!!! I'm an alien..........right?......I agree with SLOWEDDY, except come back to the State Theater, or the DECC in Duluth...thats even closer for me..
