JBlaze, I told youuuuu! LOL! Unbelievable, wasn't it? LOL!!

Whojackadoobie, he loves it! The smile on his face when he comes home from a ride is like a little kid in a candy store. For now, we only have one helmet, so no riders yet. If I didn't have to shift gears, I'd be on that puppy all the time, but those damn gears....

JBlaze, you got it man. As I've said before, Joe is like "the light". He's the best! He inspires me every day to be a better person. Hearing that another guitar was stolen from him was like a kick in the stomach to alot of us Satch fans. I can't imagine how he must feel, but then I remember, Joe is one of the most optimistic and positive people I've ever met. He's like a ray of sunshine on a dark day. Hopefully he'll get these babies back, but if not, he'll get new ones and they'll become near and dear to him also - though not replacing the greatness of the ones lost.

Just knowing you get back what you put out ~ this theif has Joe and a few hundred people's bad vibes to deal with. I pity the fool.

Wow, these 21+ shows really bite the big one. I would think that if the kids were with a parent or an adult over 21 that they would be allowed in. The fact that they're not is outrageous! I would be taken away in cuffs if I paid all that money & drove all that way just to have some bozo stand in front of the door and deny access to see Joe when I have tickets AND take the responsibility of the under 21 ppl. I'm taking in. I can't imagine how devistating it must be to be turned away at the door.

JOE, PLEASE TALK TO YOUR MANAGEMENT ABOUT THIS! You said before that the band likes ALL AGE shows better. YOUR THE BOSS! You call the shots man! Don't let this happen again on your next tour.

We love you guys and think it's cool to bring our kids to concerts so they can experience REAL music. Alot of these kids being turned away are old enough to drive, but can't get in to see your show. That's messed up!

Oooohhh, no shit!! I can't believe Winston would rock all those folks out of their money just so they could give them cancer instead of a great concert!

JOE, I knew deep in my heart that it wasn't your decision to up the show to 21. I knew it was out of your hands because you said how much the band disliked 21+ shows, but I couldn't understand how it happened. THANK YOU so much for explaining that to all of us. YOU are the man...and have I told you lately that I love you? LOL!! Cause I do man, I really do!!

Whojack ~ I think I have one marble left. With my one marble and your one marble.......sorry, forgot what I was saying. Now where'd that marble go? Damn!

On a slap~happy note, I just got done watching my sister on a local t.v. program. She's 42 and will be in her first body-building contest on Sept. 7th in Harrisburg. I see her all the time, but man, seeing her in her posing suit on t.v. with her body all tight, tan, and bulging out...it was great! She started working out when she was 38 and has only been training seriously for 10 months. I don't know how she does it. The diet is super strict and if she eats ONE thing off her diet, her trainer knows. Well, I'm 38 now. Guess I should start working out too...any minute now...

Dave, Black Dog is a great song! Fortunately, my dad & my older sister (5 yrs older) had great taste in music. I was brought up on all the great rock of the 60's & 70's. Oh, you still non-smokin'?

Whojacquiefibula, I heard that story on tonights news. Great news for they guys family, I'm sure! I would have thought they would have plastered pictures of this guy all over the place, but maybe he was messed up and doesn't look the same? I forgot to say good luck to the youngin' on 9/7!!

I pick snakey.

Naso, whoever stole Joe's guitar was NOT a fan. A fan wouldn't do that to an artist. A fan would be the one who does an el-cabong over the theifs head and returns to guitar to it's proper owner.

Dave, we had Jimi, Janis, Rare Earth, CCR, Black Sabbath, The Who, Iron Butterfly (one of my fav songs is still In-a-gadda-da-vida - think I'll play it now :), Cream, ect....albums out the wazoo! Congrats on 6 weeks :)

On a sad note, yesterday was the day the world lost S.R.V. On a happy note, it's also the day Alex Lifeson was born, and a a note that probably only matters to Pee-Wee fans, yesterday was Paul Reubens 50th birthday.

Drum solo is coming up....ahhhhh, love it!!!

O.k. Whobadoobaditty, here's the big one. Make sure you listen to the 911 bambulance call, and my favorite ~ the felching story. This is one of the funniest things I ever heard! In both these recordings you can hear the 911 dispacher laughing, and the radio host pounding his fist on the desk he's laughing so hard. If your at work and your NOT the boss, keep your speakers low.

Naso, your right, some fans are crazy. I should have said "I wouldn't call that person a fan." Personally, I don't understand how you could take something from someone knowing that it's going to hurt them deeply. I guess the thief could rationalize by telling him/herself that Joe can afford another one and all that rubish, then the thief might not feel to bad about it. It's bullshit, but part of the way some ppl. think these days. Most thieves have no conscience. It would be easy to steal a piece of equipment during the load out. Say, the guy grabs Joe's case with Pearly in it and pretends to be distracted. He puts it to the side, maybe under a blanket or curtain, or behind something, then simply comes back for it later when the coast is clear. Maybe it was more than one person and they had a few ppl. to get it out of the place? Maybe he tryed to get other guitars, but only got Pearly?Maybe there were some rooms backstage and somebody could have just slipped the guitar into one of them and put the case with their personal stuff. Duct tape to cover Joe's name if it was on the case and voila! Who knows? It was probably the house crew and not Joe's crew who did it. Joe needs to trust his crew to protect his equipment, and that's what they're getting paid to do, but having 3 bands with ALL that equipment is just to much to keep track of. To many bodies - to much temptation. I really hope Joe gets it back it perfect condition....

Mr Nick, I have 56K and it to about 1/2 hr -45 min. No way 2 hrs unless you have other stuff running to slow it down. Close out all your other programs and dl QT6. I haven't had time to check the webcast lately, but it comes in with vid & sound choppy. Maybe I'll try to view it again this weekend.

THANKS JON!

Dave, I have one of Joe's pictures from the Concord show on as my wallpaper. I right click on a pic I like and "set as background". Right now I have on a picture from page 5 (#P0003862 from Concord on 8/11). There's a load of great pics from that show. On page 3 is Jeff holding up pictures of his beautiful baby girl, and one of Mike Portnoy playing drums with his little girl sitting next to his kit (werd to the drummers on this tour!)

shaaaaaaa!!! G&R on the MTV music awards! Axle looks a bit different, but who doesn't after 15+ yrs. His voice ain't what it used to be, but maybe that's because he ran around to much and couldn't catch his breath. It was interesting to say the least. Does anybody else think the guy with the bucket of chicken on his head was Wes Borland? That was my first guess when I seen him.

Whojacq, that's a cool picture. Very good shots from that show.

lozbub, so sorry to hear you lost your father. So cool that he sent you the lyrics to such a beautiful song. A year ago I had the words I Believe tattooed on my upper arm right above my angel tat. These words from Joe's song mean so much to me. They help me through the hard times and bring me happiness and hope when I'm feeling down. I got the tattoo, then a few weeks later, my world came crashing down. I hope you find strength and peace in Joe's words and his music like I have.

I Believe there's a reason for everything....even though we don't always understand the things that happen to us and around us, it's all part of the master plan. You have to BELIEVE.

Thanks for a great song Joe.

I Finally, finally, fiiiiinally got to watch part of the webcast. It wasn't easy, but it worked! I have 56k, so I dropped it to 28 which made the picture better, but I had no sound. I figured out that if I clicked on the slide button every time the sound cut out, it would buffer and give me sound for a few more seconds. I had to do that about a hundred times through part 3, but it worked and I seen and heard it!! lol! Yippee!

JOE, please keep in the Jeff & Matt jam for your "Evening With" tour. That was sooo cool! I love to see Jeff tear it up!

Glad you folks had a good time last night. 7 more days till it's my turn :)

JBlaze, that's what this board is all about. Everybody supporting everybody. I was suprised to see how upset you got, but I totally understand your feelings of frustration. Everyone is entitled to a meltdown. I spent the weekend having one of my own. I had to put my 17 yr. old Manx to sleep on Saturday and my heart is breaking so bad. I'm trying to keep my mind off of him, but it's really hard. He was my baby for 17 yrs. I'm so glad I have my sister's body-building compitition on Saturday & Joe's show on Sunday to look forward to...now if only I could make the sun come out.

Whojack, you guys had waaaaay to much fun! Thanks for sharing your sunshine with the rest of us. To cool.

No new kitties yet. Not for a while. We have an 8 yr. old domestic found-at-the-playground orange cat named Moey (Moe Howard). We've had him since he was about 4 months old. Now he's a big boy weighing in at 19 lbs. My cat that just passed was 17lbs. in his better days, but 15 lbs. when he passed. All our cats have come into our lives without us purposely on a mission to get one. They just happened. I might wait and see if one happens our way before we go out looking for one. All good things take time.

Joe, I love ya man!
