Hopefully you can get that guitar back Matt... I too still have the 1st guitar that I bought for myself... it's a cheap Samick 12string that my mother helped me pay for it when I turned 20... it was sort of Birthday present... don't play it much but once in awhile I pick it up and tune it and pluck away on it...
Yeah about guitars getting stolen... even Joe has had problems with this... so just to let you know, no one; no matter how big a name it doesn't mean that you are immune to thievery...

Ok Gang... you've got to pay your money 1st before the T2J CD can be produced... it's only $50.00US... for Great Britain that shouldn't be a problem... Canada it costs alot more but hey, them's the brakes... there's always an exchange but it would be a darn shame if we'd have to take some contributors off of the project because they couldn't afford it...

Matt King!! just listened to your rendition of a typical Dream Theater tune and it was cool... I was kind of getting into it...
You should make it a 15min epic or something LOL... Oh and it sort of had that Joe Satriani "Woodstock Jam" appeal as well... the keyboard jam part was very cool...

T2J CD gang... we've got to all pay our share of the duplication fee... $50.00 US isn't really that bad at all... all depending if all of us have jobs and earn our good money, if you are of the younger generation maybe ask your parents for help and pay them back at a later time... there's ways gang... Got some news... for some of you that know me, and what vehicle I drove...
I just traded my beautiful 1999 Solar Yellow Dodge Dakota 4X4 Club Cab with the 5.2L V8 318 in for a very respectable Jeep 4X4 Cheroke Sport with the 4.0L Straight 6...
It's a change, but so far for a used vehicle I'm damn impressed... very easy to handle and great on gas... Now I wasn't the type of guy to travel long distances but I've already found a great difference in handling gas Milage... JEEP Cheroke all the way... there's a reason why Jeep has been around as long as they have...

Yeah!! Randy's an excellent player... ever heard of the tune "Looking Out For Number One"??
Randy is actually heavily influenced by the Jazz greats and some of blues greats as well... If Randy suddenly quit the Guess Who, he would probably do something along those lines for sure...

It's called the HD 147 because it takes 147 decibels to shatter the inner ear drum... LOL 300watts...

Very sorry to hear that as well... Alberta & British Columbia Canada are up in flames as well... A province wide statement of emergency has been issued, so in effect; many Firefighting teams will be sent to fight the forest fires...
On another note, I just wanted to mention that the only thing that I truely missed on my Dodge Dakota was the very fine stereo system that was in it... It was a regular CD/Tape deck from Chrysler but the speaker system was killer... Infinity 8 speaker system in 6 locations... a very balanced speaker system... I was very surprised to find out that the Infinity brand is much more expensive than a Sony, Kenwood or Pioneer speaker setup...
Now that I have a home and all it's very difficult to afford the best but if I stick with a brand name that's trusted, seeing as I have a Sony 10disc changer installed I think I'm building around that... I'm currently checking out prices in the "Xplod" series of Sony speakers and have heard good things and heard some sounds as well... with an amp and a 10" woofer is all I need to be satisfied & along with 5.25" on the doors and 6.5" on the rear as well... I think it should be a good kick ass sound system...

Yeah... It's going to take a few weeks to gather the funds for something like this... I might even install this stuff myself... every interior panel on the Jeep is held together with Hex bolts so my Allen Key set will come in handy so I can burry the wire professionally...

not to worry!! we'll get it all fixed... what I had and what I'm about to have is like a dream come true... AND LOUD!!! LOL!
On another note.. I saw my beautiful baby Dodge Dakota sitting at the dealership today... I'll miss her very much... it was fully loaded from the tires to the roof... but it was a major burden to pay for her... that was the sad thing... and it had it's share of bumps and bruises too... I got every mark and ding fixed immediately... the autobody shop could see me coming a mile away, but hey, I kept them happy by working on something that was cared for...

been goofin around gang... did up another cover tune... of Comfortably Numb... of all things... Instrumental of course... by the way, anyone who's a singer let me know... and you can record your vocal on it if you wish... either that I can re-record it so that it's not so guitar oriented...
Pretty much performed every instrument on this one too... the drums were done on my mini drum pad on my Casio Keyboard, and the Bass Line was performed on it as well... but the Rhythm sounds like a real band did it... and not just me plucking away like other times... Oh and another point I should make gang.... when the main leads come in, it sort of distorts to the point of inner ear damage so don't use earphones when listening... :D
