Wow Joe... I just listened to your Live Cover of the Neal Young classic... (Being Canadian & All) As much as I love Neal's one note solo in that tune, I hope you beefed up & blistered them like a twisted train wreck? LOL

the blues jam was recorded a few months back at a live benefit show my band and i were performing at...

I've heard Joe say it before...
This is the site where you can pretty much say everything and anything...
because unlike other sites they let us speak our minds but then again... Joe in the end is only human, and to see post after post about totally useless jiberish from time to time defacing his home page, I'm sure if you were him, you'd be a little upset too... Now I use to be a totally crazy guy when I 1st signed up on T2J hence the nickname I Bare... but I can see where Joe comes from and now the only time I post somethin is to agree or disagree with a statement or talk about my expierences with the guitar, and seeing Joe Live and so forth...
I guess what I'm trying to say is... THIS IS THE BEST DAMN WEBSITE SINCE FLOYD ROSES WERE CREATED JOE, YOU ROCK & I CONSIDER IT A GREAT PRIVILIDGE TO BE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH YOU VIA THE WORLD WIDE WEB.... LET'S KEEP THIS SITE THE BEST DAMN WEBSITE EVER GANG!!

Oh man, I'm speachless... It's such a shame...
Just when things seem to go his way and he gets back on his feet, he's knocked on his butt all over again... and everything starts right at the begining again like a really bad movie played in a loop... and you can't do anything to change it, and you certainly can't pretend things are ok... but all you can do is hope things get better...
Very very sorry to hear about this Miranda... don't worry about us, go to Bil.. and stick by his side...
I'm not religious myself, but I'll do my best to pray in my own way... I wouldn't wish any of this on anyone...

Silly Me...
downloaded a copy of Norton Antivirus 2004 off of WinMX which is nothing new, but the antivirus program install was infected with a virus... pretty much wiped my whole hard drive out...
LOL took me all day today and last night until 3am to get everything loaded back up the way I wanted it... ah well... live and learn... back using AVG freebee antivirus

Les Pauls are sweet axes... The Bass Player in my band has a beautiful black deluxe LP with Mini Buckers... I use it alot for blues stuff and Drop D antics... "The Warmoth" is my Baby though...

Regarding Eddie Van Halen... I think Eddie is his own worst enemy... Valerie left him probably because of this... Eddie was a major boozer and then quit drinking but then his hip gave out and needed that replaced and all that time, became a chain smoker & got cancer...
His years of sold out shows, countless hits, radio play and all that stuff... He's naturally become the Tragic Rock Star... Joe & Steve you see have had only a taste here and there of stardom and only the guitar crazies out there would readily know who they are and what their music is about, their chosen music style keeps them grounded in my opinion...
Not taking anything away from Eddie but he wouldn't stoop so low in his eyes because it doesn't showcase his stuff as much as he'd like...

Just listened to the little teasers you had up at The Sony Store site...
Bamboo sounded interesting, nice clean tone... beautiful sounds comin out of that amp...
Some vocals goin on there too in a couple of tunes... always like to see that stuff... brings me back to the FIABD era, Ride, The Phone Call, Big Bad Moon, I Believe (my fav),
"Just Look Up" sounds like a real nice tune... always like the touchy feely tunes...
from what I've heard, there's a few changes in the tone in general, and of course it's unmistakable Satch, but how has this affected the songwriting?
Since there's a new tone dynamic there because of the new amp, do you feel it inspired you to play different stuff?

ah well... yeah I stumbled on them sound clips too at the Canadian Sony Store, I thought it was a little odd that they would have them up even though your site didn't have them... but then I thought well maybe they have the rights to post anything they want as long as it's produced under their label and their affilities...

I finally listened to "Is There Love In Space"
very cool is all I've got to say!
My favs are:
The title track is great, spacious and all that great stuff..
Gnaahh I can understand how you named it, cause I was singin along with it when the bends started coming around...
If I Could Fly, is very groovy, love the strummy nature of it... and very sweet leads!!!! Beautiful tune
The Souls of Distortion made me wanna thrash and head bang, but I just cut off all my hair!!! lol
Searching!! My Fave!! simply put!! Beautiful and Mysterious Epic type tune & what jumped out immediatly was 10:07... I knew I would like it... and it's awsome!
Bamboo: mellow rhythms, sweet & crazy leads!!! love it too...

Yeah, that's so true...
She's already getting a Futon and some renovations here and there!!! It's a Renovations & Cabinetmaking Contractor that I'm working with so it's really cool,
I might even build Electric & Acoustic guitars as well... this guy has made Bangos, Mandolins, Violins etc... busy guy... He even makes wooden Speed boats as well... this guy's cell phone rings every 5 mins with a new proposal... so I think I'm going to be very happy with this guy... and he loves to party!! lol, best friends with my drummer so we party lots!!! hehe!
Any news on the T2J CD man? just curious!! no rush...
