Hey guys, me again :-P, does anyone know where i could find high res pictures of the inside sleeve of engines of creation? lol i know its a strange request! lol but i'd really like to have the picture of joe holding his guitar with all the strange colours and stuff around him as my wallpaper, that would be really cool! I've got the live in san francisco album/dvd front cover as my wall paper and it looks really good because i've made my menus and stuff blue, so if anyone can help me that'd be great.........Joe Rules......

As far back as i can remember this message board has always been a great laugh and still is sometimes but things have really taken a turn for the worse since guitarzbabe blew things out of proportion, can we just call it a day? Lets return to what we all love! Kiss-ass instrumental mooosic! (yes i spelt that wrong on purpose).... jblaze1 did i detect a hint of 'Blue Powder' in your previous post? ;-) .........Joe Rules.....

Mr Nick I had a game called Formula 1 on the psone a couple of years ago and on that there was Joe's 'Back to shalla-bal' and Steve's 'Juice'. I dont know if they both did a song together called 'Formula one', i have seen that song come on Kazaa before when i've been searching for Joe and Steve songs but i always presumed it was either of those above, maybe have a look on Kazaa and download it, i would do it right now but i have realllyyy bad connection speeds and it'll take forever.......hope i helped..........Joe Rules......

OK guys i need your help. I'm sure you've seen me post a couple of messages in the past about me looking for an amp, and recently the Marshall AVT50head looked quite nice for my price budget. But now i'm stuck again. Since i'm doing GCSE music at school and we've started doing compositions as coursework it would be really handy if i could record onto my pooter (computer). At school we have 3 computers and each one has CubaseVST and its excellent for recording stuff using a keyboard. It would save me a lot of time if i was able to do this but i am unable to because neither school or i has anything that i can plug my guitar into which will enable me to record stuff onto Cubase. So...i'm now thinking about scrapping the whole idea of getting an amp for chirstmas and instead buying a Line6 guitar port or maybe a pod. Does anyone have any help/suggestions/ etc which maybe would help me? Any help will be greatly appreciated......Joe Rules.....

Thankyou all that helped with the recording question. PhrygianDominant The guitar port sounds alright but my pooter is getting a little pooey now, lol not much room leaft on the hard drive and my sound card isn't exactly top of the range so i think that i'd favour the POD over the Port. Hehe i think i'll take a lot at that Behringer link you gave me, heh you seem to rate them highly and always mention them when i ask about something like this so i'll take a look, thanks! Plumloco Thank you too, i know the POD is guaranteed to be the business, i've got the 'Jam with Joe Satriani' book and the guitarist on there (Jamie Humphries) uses the POD on every track and even better it gives you the POD settings in the front of the book which they used on the recordings! Well i've got a lot of choices to make yet, only 11 shopping weeks leaft till Chirstmas! lol! ;)........Joe Rules......

PhrygianDominant ::drools:: i've had a look at that link you gave me about the Behringer v-amp2 and im liking what im seeing. I had a look on google too for some reviews and i've heard nothing but good news about them so far! I also like the look of them (blue is my fave colour lol) Just a couple more questions to iron out, do you use your v-amp2 to record onto your computer? How easy is it? Do i need to buy extra software to make the most of all the v-amp's MIDI options? Because thats the real reason im looking out for something like this, they're really cheap too! So i'll have money leaft for sweeties lol ........Joe Rules.......

Fridge Ian Dominant ;-) lol. GRRRR! I'm really stuck now. I just got back from my local guitar shop and i had a go on that Marshall AVT50head which i've been looking at for a while and i absolutely love it! I am soo stuck now. I'd like to get the Marshall because i love the sound and i REALLY need a new amp, but i'd also like to get the Behringer V-AMP2 because i've heard many good things about it and i really want to get into the MIDI recording business. But the problem is i can only get one of the two. What to do?!?! lol I think if i got the Behringer and i wanted to record onto my pooter i'd have to upgrade it a bit because its getting a little old now. I've got a (shite) pentium 2 (350mhz!! argh!!) and 8.6 gb of memory, so i think if i wanted to record some stuff onto my pooter i'd have to spend some more money on getting a bigger hard drive...lol i've kinda drifted off now into pooter land. Anyway, i dunno what im gonna do! Oh well, still 11ish shopping weeks leaft till chirstmas to decide lol..........Joe Rules....

Jblaze I think the v-amp2's go for just over £100 or around that price. From what i've heard that sounds reallyyy great value. I think ive decided what im going to do. I think i'll get that Marshall AVT50head for chirstmas and save up for the v-amp2 and buy one for myself later on....of course that could all change in a week or so lol.........Joe Rules.....

FridgeIan I've been doing some more homework on the lovely jubley Behringer and i dunno why this thing isn't all over the place like POD's are lol, i've been looking all over the place and reading reviews and i've heard nothing but good stuff about the v-amp2 so i think definately in the long run im going to get one and get the marshall for christmas, just one more question then i'll stop pestering (lol) what recording software do you use? Do behringer have a programme which you can download or do you use something else? Do you have any experience with Cubase VST? and do you know if i'd be able to use the v-amp with it? Thanks again for all your help on my little quest lol.........Joe Rules.....

FridgeIanDominant Thanks for the help (again) :) At school we use Cubase vst and its soo easy to get the basics down i'll probably end up using that, wooahhh after reading more and more on the Behringer v-amp im really starting to want one now lol, i download the manual so i'll know what to do with it when i do eventually buy one, oh god this weeks loterry numbers are crap lol sorry to drift away there its just my mum and dad were sure (for the 40 millionth time) that we were gonna win this week lol, anyway, Dave (if i may call you that, i feel mean calling you fridgeian now lol) what processor have you got on your pooter? Like i said earlier my crappy pentium 2 only runs at 350mhz but i've got another processor which runs at 500mhz which i could fit if my pooter couldn't handle recording at the moment, i'm pretty sure i'll have to get some more hard drive space though, we've only got 8.6 gb and i've used about 5.17 of that lol maybe i'll consider upgrading to 40 or something, also i have a fairy average soundcard, nothing special, will having an average sound card drastically affect my ability to record? It will obviously i was just wondering if it was going to be essential....hehe im only 14 i guess its best to get all this clear in my head for the long run lol thanks for all the help again...........Joe Rules.....

Dave Thanks for the help, argh! I got my pooter in 98 and it was the fastest most powerful thing you could get then! lol, i need to do some upgrading! Its hard for a kid like me when i only get pocket money and im trying to somehow get hold of all this stuff lol, my pooters got 192 mb ram and oh shit you've got some crazy hard disk space lol! The pooter we've got at school with Cubase vst on is quite good though so i suppose i could do recording on that when i have music lessons at school etc, oh well at least im young and i've got plenty of time to sort all this out lol.....oh by the way lmao at the 'my ass is all taken for pooing and farting' lol!........Joe Rules......
