philaka...what is a fender passport?? a guitar?? if so, it shouldn't have anything to do with reverb or delay.

crispin..you should already know by now...slick - never released..and i doubt if he has played it live in fear of bootleg recordings and the unofficial release of the track

trutina...thats alot...i was planning on buying a helmet since i work at a karting track....but now i'm going to acm in september..so..no real need to...i just wanted to find out how much they were been they're from honda

trutina and phrydom i think i'll be the one that holds back the project by a few weeks, i'm still waiting for this drummer to send me a track, chris (the mastererer on this cd) said he can do drums but cant get the backing, my mate says he can do drums but no where to record them. the keyboardist i found is having troubles of his own, no idea about a bass player, and i still have to rerecord the rythmn and record the lead. but you need as many people on rhe cd to cover costs, and i want to be on the cd as well.
sounds a bit of a whinge.; but thats the truth!!
jstrat57...oko..that picture..look far left..i cant see anything.
brymstone..iuma..you can put songs, info about you and your band and pictures on there..a few people on here have iuma accounts..like me...check it out :

clarky..i know your busy with your song..but i dont suppose you want to do drums for my t2joe cd track do you?? listening to some of your stuff...the drums sound very real and live.
T2Joe CD - EVERYONE..dont give up!! why miss this chance to be on the very first edition?? its a great oppurtunity to get used to recording stuff and deadlines and stuff and writing songs..and its fun! so why give up? trutina and phrydom and chris will be happy to give you a little extra time to finish off your song i'm sure, (just ask them nicely)...give it a go..its not as if your musical career depends on it...gives you something to work from as well after the cd is published. and get feedback from Joe, and other top artists on here :)

stu clone..i have the tab for always in the best of satch tab book. and the surfing with the alien album. i played always to my guitar teacher and he's helping me with the scales, and said to play some pentatonic scales over some bits, told me how to work out what pentatonics go over what chords/scale.
always is 140bpm (or thereabouts)...its also in 3/4 which makes it trickier. i'm working on them runs so they actually sound clean and in time. i have put onto a cd the backing at various speeds, i can find the places where the improvisations take place, and practise over them bits. i can get the main melody just about right (i think)
also not sure about one note. its in Bmaj (the start anyway)...but when i play the first improvisation, i play a high A#, but it sounds wrong, perhaps my guitar is not tuned propely. i need a decent tuner for my room (computer not in my room), and the zoom gfz707 built in tuner i have is rubbish.
thats was a long post...now rest your weary head and sleep for a while..lol

clarky...i've recorded the rythmn guitar, thats the only thing done at the moment, and they need to be redone to make it sound better..its saved as an mp3 file at the moment, and i recorded it into soundforge. i can tell you everything what i want the drums to do the track.

r6rocker...true...but its all revision now..so in a way it is harder..but i know most of the stuff. so, i think it might be a good time to start revision...
greg m..i dont think any amount of time will be enough to take maths...i dont do maths btw...and about the simpsons...record it...or find it on kazaa afterwards or something...
clarky..since you have iuma..how do you put songs on the featured bit and not in the album bits??

clarky...i've recorded the guitars first, because the keyboard is not in this country, so, i have to give him the backing so he knows how the song goes..i know how the song goes, cos i wrote it, but i cant play keys, or drums, or bass..so i record the guitars..show the keys and bass what the song goes like i tell them what they should do and so it goes like that. its my first song i've recorded as well...
i haven't got AIM, i have msn.
and happy 500 :)
adrianorb..tough luck about your camera..you could always phone up the taxi company and ask to see if the taxi driver handed it in as lost property or something...and well done on meeting Joe and getting an album signed :)
