Quantum: Some facts about Joe's custom conford: 100W head, EL34 power valves, 'presence defeat' (to remove feedback loop), rotary power attenuator (15W-120W)
Sending SOS signal to all again: Can someone tell me about the "pedal shift up" effect on the Zoom 505II??? It's supposed to shift the sound up to 1 octave, but my unit mixes the original sound in it as well. Is it a faulty unit or is it just a dumb mistake by Zoom??

Hmm...I'll have to agree that the "stuuu", "mooo", "deewww" thing is the funniest thing I've seen so far. Especially the "deeww" cuz in Cantonese, it's a swear word. To be precise, it's the Chinese equivelent of the "F" word. Ha ha!

Pearly...one of the Chrome guitars...gone... Must be hard. While most of the Satch fans feel the rage inside build up, let me remind you that the more angry you get, the happier the thief will be. Don't fall for 'bad guy tricks'. I know it must be devastating, but always look at things from the positive side. Joe, I hope you do get Pearly back as soon as possible. People, lets help Joe find his guitar.

Well, this is surely a day with everything to do with Joe. I wake up, LISF! Checked my e-mail with Surfin' playing on my stereo. Then found out Joe's guitar was stolen, (bummer). Checked out the web cast, (amazing!). Clicked onto the "road" section, went down the list...Oct. 12, 13...Hong Kong...Hong Kong? Ahhhh! I can't believe my eyes! Finally! Joe! I'm seeing you! I think I'll cry... I'm so happy! Well, on the other hand...the stolen guitar...wah...

NOOO!!!!! school in 10 hrs! What happened to my wonderful summer holiday? Just slipped by like this! Oh well, at least I look forward to art class. Then there's the 100W Fender waiting for me to blast out Satch songs in the music room.

Oh dear! I just tabbed out 2 songs from one of my old CD collections. It's sort of a rock orchestra & I tabbed out the lead guitar part for it. Now I got to get the song in my head for the gig on Sat. Also just found out that I will be playing along a fabulous singer that night. Now I gotta learn all her songs in 2 days. My fingers hurt already!

Hmm... there seems to be all these problems on the webcast and chat. Well, I dunno, cuz I find everything just fine! I use broadband and the QT6 was downloaded in less than 30 seconds while the webcast was done in less than 5 seconds. Webcast is loud and clear! The chat is great, by the way. Maybe the problem lies within some of the slower internet connections. Try upgrading! It's worth it!

I really like the idea how Joe likes to spend "quality" time with his fans. I think he treats them like friends. Am I right, Joe? I think we are very lucky as not a lot of artists take the time to talk with fans. Thanx Joe!
Back then, was there a clue about Pearly being in Holland?? Can anyone tell me more about it? We wanna hear about the latest news about it!

Hi people! Last Saturday's gig went quite well. I played 3 songs and did a few more backing up a really great singer. This singer... she made me play all these songs that I didn't know! I was like, freakin' out backstage tryin' to learn them in like 10 minutes!

Honkey: Your posts are darn long!
Just to tell you guys, my art teacher's bass was stolen a few months back and it still pisses me off. It was a really nice'n smooth Ibanez 5 string bass. Very cool bass, now in rotten hands. It's sad to hear that Joe's Pearly ended up like that too. I know it's been quite a while, but don't give up. We will find it Joe!
I love my school! It recently bought 2 100W Fender stage amps and an Ashdown bass amp! I love it! Can't wait till the talent show or the school fair to plug in and play! I tried it out in the last school play production. It sounded very nice! I think I'll go play my guitar right now!

Today is the birthday of my late Grandpa. Alfred Kenneth Harteam was a great man. When I was young, I promised I'd buy him a car. He passed away before I could earn a penny to feed myself. I promise the first car I buy will be for you grandpa. Love from the Harteam family.

listening to Crystal Planet CD right now. This is probably one of my favourite Satch albums. Thanks for the info. on floyds. Now I got a new question, how come only the S540LTD gets a trem setter?? It's not fair. All Ibanez guitars should have it too! I think I'll put one on an RG570 when I buy it. Does it fit though??

People seem to be complaining about the Lo-Pro Edge about string breakage... is it true that strings break really fast on Lo-Pro?? I'm thinking of buying an Ibanez with a Lo-Pro Edge bridge. But after hearing all the complaints, I dunno if I should go ahead with Lo-Pro.
