PhryDom: a food? It would be a sweet we have in Italy, made of two or three layers of “lady’s finger” biscuits soaked in coffee stuffed with a cream made of an italian soft cheese, sugar and egg-yolks. It’s energetic, food for body and soul, just like Joe’s music is for me. These funny questions are only seemingly superficial, I like them, they make imagination works!
