Joe- Thank you for putting on sutch a great show in Detroit on Friday Aug. 30th. I loved evry minute of it!!!!! My friend and I talked a security guard into giving us amazing seats!!!! I was the one that yeld out "midnight" before u played it lol. I'm not expecting u to remember that lol.. Thanks again Joe!

Joe- I think u should do a guitar clinic in Canada or the U.S. I would NOT miss that! And I'm sure MANYother people think the same way! For your play list dilema I think u should play more stuff from "Not Of This Earth", "Time Machine" and some more "Crystal Planet" tracks like- "A train of Angles"or "Secret Prayer". I also was wondering who's going to be on this years G3? I would really like to know!

Karma Burger- If Joe did an album with vocals than...it woulden't be joe! Joe treats guitar as an art (as it should be treated by all) and if he would add lyrics into the mix....it woulden't be the same. It's not bad for a few songs like "Big Bad Moon" but not for a whole album.
JOE....MAKE TOUR DATES IN THE US OR CANADA!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

I was wondering....Do any guitar players go through times where they feel like they can't play....or feel like they are not getting better? If so, how do u get out of the "hole"? An answer from Joe would be great but if any one can help it would be apprecated.

PLEASE PLEASE come to Detroit Mic.!!!!!! Joe, I would be able to cross off a topic on my list of things to do in my life-time (even though I saw you twice already, including 2001's g3). It would make alot of loyal fans very very happy (especially me!) if you Steve and Yngwie came to Detroit!!!!!!

Joe- Because of your new CD that will be released in April (Is there love in space), a tour must be in order. I was just wondering if you are going to tour by yourself or if your going to tour with another band or instramentalist? You probably haven even thought of this yet but I was just wondering.

I'm liking the new look of the album! Very nice! It has a Crystal Planet vibe to it (which is awesome!). I really hope "Is there love in space" has a bonus DVD or has special features to some behind the scenes stuff! That would be cool (hint hint)!

Joe- I'm lovin' the new album!!!!!!!! It has a really nice musical feel to it and it's really easy to listen to! All the songs seem like there musically linked together yet they are so different. GREAT JOB!
p.s. what do u prefer- the js1000 or js2000?

Hey Joe and All,
I meant to post this message a long time ago (like on aug. 22nd lol)! But the Joe/Deep Purple show in Toronto was AMAZING! Joe did such an amazing job at EVRYTHING (not that he doesn’t do an amazing job all the time)! Loved the new tunes live and I was pleasantly surprised to hear War played as well (coincidently right after “is there LOVE in space” lol). But the crowed (as usual) loved you Joe! Awesome stuff!
I just got my tickets to the “evening with Joe Satriani” show in Detroit on October 20th. I’m VERY excited about that! ………..Joe……could you possibly play “a train of angles”? That would be so awesome!
